McDonald's in Winchester

“I have never been impressed by a McDonalds...until today. Both mine and my wife's food were super fresh, hot and felt like they were made with quality ingredients. Building was clean, staff was plesant. I wish this was my local McDonalds honestly. Whatever they're doing, it's working.“

“As a pickle fanatic I always ask for extra pickle. Like most I’m usually disappointed. Today wasn’t that day, I don’t know who made my double cheese burgers today, but I hope your pillow is always cool at night and may your tires never bald. These sandwich’s were LOADED with pickle.“

“The food was fresh which is a huge plus when stopping at McDonald's for me. But there was no workers up front and the few that could see me at the counter kept going with what they was doing as I wasn't there. I could see there was only a couple orders on the drive through as I was one of 3 customers in the lobby nog counting my daughter, and the other 2 was an older couple and already eating there meals. I waited over 5 minutes just to place our order if my daughter wasn't crying and ready to eat we would of left without ordering anything.“

“(Regretfully) I go to this McDonald’s religiously, whether it’s to get an iced coffee or breakfast before work, I probably go 3-4 times a week and the only thing that has ever been “messed up” was a missing hash brown one time, and I pulled through the drive through again and they gave it to me without checking my receipt. The food is always good and fresh, all these bad reviews are made by people who go once a year are ridiculous and made by people who love to complain no matter what happens during their visit.“

“Apple Blossom Weekend and this store sits at the hub. It is a small store. Staff handled the crowd marvelously. Very organized. Not one person frazzled. Did they forget my large fry? Yes. However, when the issue was brought to their attention, they were quick to resolve. I noticed this with every concern brought to their attention. Again, the sheer volume of orders (drive thru, lobby, and app) was incredible. Mistakes are going to happen. But customer service, good customer service, is hard to come by these days. We'll, not at the McDonald's by Handley High this Apple Blossom weekend.“

“Fine McDonald's. Service is a little slow and they didn't call my order out or bring it to my table so I had to keep checking if it was ready. Food was first rate though! I really miss when McDonald's used to be family friendly and had play places for kids. Such boring restaurants serving carb filled junk food. Nothing against this McDonald's, just a critique of them all in general.“

“I went through drive thru tonight and had a simple order. Large coke light ice and 2 McDoubles with extra onions and extra pickle I told the guy taking my order as far as the pickles if he thinks it’s too much pickle it’s probably just enough. Let me just say it was just enough. First of few McDonald’s to get it right.“

“3 years ago this McDonald's was the worst. Either the owners changed or their owners changed the employees that worked there. Everyone there is awesome. The store manager and the assistant that are there now are doing an outstanding job. Never have to wait for coffee anymore! Kudos to the staff and those who made the changes.“
