Their cashier, EuEu, I believe is her name, has the best customer service skills I have seen in decades. She is warm in approach, kind hearted, and very friendly. This restaurant needs to stay in woodbridge for years because I’m a native and have not come across such customer service like this years for hibachi food. I came yesterday and came back again today. The taste of the flavors kept calling my name.

“If i could i would give this place zero stars..but not an option. I was a new visitor to this establishment, and let him know that prior to ordering. Wanted the turkey (happy place) a drink and a scone. I get my meal and there is no turkey on it. So I got back and explained I wanted the turkey happy place. He said no you ordered the "our happy place". I said sir I even pointed to what I wanted on the menu. I didn't realize there were two items with the same name. He said that is your fault and you should know the menu. I said we'll I had let you know prior it was my first time here. He said I don't care if it's your first or 3rd you should know the menu. He said I'm not going to remake it., that's what you ordered. I said I would of never order anything with spinach because I'm allergic to it. He said so..I'm not remaking it! So not only did I have to wait a long time for thr sandwich, I couldn't eat it cause I was allergic to the ingredients. So I get back to my office hungry and upset to realize he didn't put the scone I paid for in thr bag. So I call and he says oh next time I will give it to you. No apology or anything. ..and next time, I paid for it this time. Very rude to new customers and would never spend my money there again. I don't understand why he was so rude. You think you would want to retain customers so they will do repeat visits.”

ALL OF IT WAS DELICIOUS. the mofongo was AMAZING. so garlicky. so fresh. the empanada took me back to my childhood. this is authentic puerto rican food! they were out of arroz when we arrived…. will try next time! we ate our dinner at the little picnic table while they played spanish music. lowkey it was a vibe.

The Rice Briyani is the best I've ever had anywhere. The lamb curry is so yummy! The chic peas are unbelievable delicious - melts in your mouth, we had to order extra to go after eating in! If you try the crab balls, you won't stop eating it. And the somosas - wow! Not to talk about the hot-fresh and fluffy naan! The menu is vast, and it doesn't matter what you order, it's finger-licking delicious. Plus the price is great, and the service wonderful! Anyone who goes there needs to salute the chef - he's cooking up "AMAZING"! WE WILL BE BACK!”

“I 100% agree with the statement of best Pupusas in VA! It's a small corner store with amazing food. Great prices too. Pictured are their taquitos and I don't know what the white dipping sauce was that came with them but it was amazing too. We also had 4 pupusas, 2 cheese, 2 cheese/pork. All of that plus those 4 extra large taquitos for under $15. It was dynamite. Fair warning, signs for food are hand written mostly in Spanish so if you're a hater of Latinos, please move on and don't bug these amazing people. If you can't read Spanish, the owner will explain any questions that you might have on the food. Great customer service.”

I feel like this place was more so a take out place than a sit down place. You order up front and then sit wherever. There wasn't any water, silverware, napkins, or self service area. We ordered everything at the counter and they bring it out to you. We did have to ask for appetizer plates but they have single baskets that have some napkins, a soup spoon, a fork and wooden chopsticks. If we asked for another fork, we just got handed another basket. So while the overall experience was a little counterintuitive in my opinion, we did enjoy the food.

They have sodas and bottled water and tea options. We ordered a summer Roll (#2) , the egg rolls (#1) and the crispy shrimp rolls (#5). For our entrees ordered the Special Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (#95), Shaken Marinated Stir Fry (#50), and the Shaking Beef Bahn Mi (at a menu on the counter).

We loved everything we got, it was all very good. I really enjoyed the Bahn Mi. I definitely want to come back!”

“We had a late dinner tonight (Saturday). I enjoyed my Cobb Salad so much that I forgot my purse in the restaurant when we left. As soon as we arrived home almost 20 miles away, I realized my purse was missing and it was already 9:30 PM which meant the restaurant would be closing in half an hour. My husband jumped in the car and headed back while I tried calling the restaurant. After about 4 attempts calling I finally got through and was informed my purse had been found and I could pick it up the same night. My husband got there about 2 minutes before 10 PM and was handed my purse with all its contents intact. I am so impressed with the honesty and caring manner in which this situation was handled. “The first time we went here we weren't impressed. However, one of the owners reached out to us personally and invited us back. We have been back twice. They are awesome! The food is yummy and reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly! Only downside is they now do not have fountain drinks (cans only) but I think that's just a sign of the time of living in a pandemic.
