Chick-fil-A in Woodbridge

“I give the Chick-fil-A a solid four stars.

This location is right off the I-95 exit and sits in a can’t-miss spot, which makes it convenient—but also very busy. The general manager has clearly invested in renovations to improve both the appearance and traffic flow, and those updates do help. However, the relief is short-lived, as traffic quickly builds back up and getting in and out of the lot can still be challenging during peak times.

That said, the food is consistently prepared well, and the staff are friendly, courteous, and efficient—very much in line with what Chick-fil-A is known for. Outside of navigating the traffic, there are truly no issues with this location.

Overall, a strong and reliable Chick-fil-A experience with excellent service—just be prepared for congestion when visiting.“

“Always in and out of this location now. We order in the mobile app, and we park and go inside to pick up the food. There's usually a short wait but it's never long. The CFA mobile app is best-in-class for redeeming rewards, simple and straight forward (glares at the Sheetz app).“
