Chipotle Mexican Grill in Woodbridge

“I go to this location often because it’s honestly the best in the area IMO, it’s usually a normal good experience, except yesterday (national burrito day), the entire line crew said they had no idea about it and I had to talk to the cashier about it (mind it, it was around 7pm so I figured more customers mentioned it throughout the day) they ran out of your basic veggies like the lettuce, pico, etc and had guac only available, I figured, hey since you guys have no veggies left can I at least get free guac, they gave me a resounding “NO” it’s extra, I said okay, fair enough, nvm, I take no veggies, I got to the cashier and told her that I would like to get my 2nd free burrito and she told me I can only do it if I show the app, which I did have my app on hand, then proceeds to tell me that I can only get more rewards points and not the free burrito, atp I didn’t wanna be a Karen or argue so I said aight, thanks.“

“I got a takeout burrito and the service was good. The staff was kind and I had no issues whatsoever. I usually get a bowl but this time I decided to get a burrito.
I do think that the burrito gets packed mostly with rice more than anything else. I'm okay with it, it's just something to note.
The place was clean, and there were many people dining in.“
