“Todya at Ladder 1 we had a group of four people that were there for about two hours. We enjoyed our time with appetizers, drinks , main course and dessert. “We stopped by off recommendation. All of their treats were made that morning which was obvious based on how fresh everything looked. I requested they cut up some treats into smaller portions to hand out. They boxed everything up for me including a cake for my son. He was very impressed by how delicious it was. I wish diner would change up a little and use sourdough bread. The steak is a little rough but hey it’s under $15.Service is quick and very friendly. “It was rather busy on account of the eclipse, but thankfully we got in early enough to catch a 40 min wait time for a table. Despite the rush, we got our delicious food and beverages in a timely manner. Everything tasted so good. We had the Korean BBQ crepe and a Veggie Monster, as well as an order of poutine. I think my only detractor would be that the portion on the poutine was disappointingly small for $13 (it used to be much bigger). Very tasty, for sure, but if you’re trying to get a big bang for your buck, then spend that money on a different dish. Otherwise, I thought the service was very good considering how slammed they wereVegetarian options: Creative, flavorful, and rather filling“
