“We had the lighthouse cater a two night event feeding over 200 each night and they absolutely knocked it out of the park the food could not have been any better and the presentation was perfect we where completed all evening about how good evening was. I highly recommend the team at lighthouse for your catering needs we will be using the lighthouse team again next year.“
“We were the 1st couple to arrive last night with no reservations and were quickly seated. Both my husband and my dinners were excellent. I ordered the pork ribs and clams and my husband had the pork schnitzel. We really enjoyed it all as well as our cocktails. It was too dark in there for me, but I got through it!“

“Our first time here to celebrate our anniversary and we’ll be back to celebrate a fine meal with great service and a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere anytime and soon! We appreciated Amy’s friendly service and Chef taking the time to chat. The food is unreasonably delicious and beautifully presented. This restaurant ranks as good as some Michelin restaurants we’ve been to throughout Europe and better than some! The prix fixe 3-course at $78 is well worth it. We loved everything! Super stand outs were the steak frites, lobster foie gras creme brûlée, lemon pie in a jar and the peach tart. Looking forward to our next visit!“

“The dining experience was average overall. $30 lobster roll had as much lettuce as it had lobster and lacked flavor. Lobster bisque was very good. Great views. Open tables all around but the four tables of guests were crammed into one corner of the building.“
“Excellent customer service! At my first visit, I was given some incorrect information by an employee regarding the origin of the seafood I purchased. I left a comment in the follow up email receipt I received and was immediately credited for the mistake without even requesting retribution. I probably would not have been a return customer, but thanks to the exemplary customer service, I'll give them another try.“

“We were looking for a quick bite before a show at the Flynn center and stopped into Red Panda on a whim. I'm so glad we did- We sat at the bar and had a glass of wine and a beer, we split two appetizers and biryani, everything was delicious, and quick. Family owned, the nice young man who served us said his aunt and uncle were the owners. Highly recommend.“

“Wow! We've been loyal Tiny Thai customers for years, but decided to try Suvi's because it's so much closer. The rice is fluffy, the vegetables are cooked perfectly. Very fresh tasting. Love the yellow curry dish, the stir fried chicken with cashews and pad thai are sooo good. And the spring rolls and crab ragoon are just lightly fried. Deelish. Husband wife team are super nice. New favorite place for take out.“

“I so expected more from a family-owned fish and seafood restaurant in a city like Burlington. The pluses: nice selection of fresh fish and seafood to go. This includes fresh lobsters. A selection of seasonings but most are commonly found. We referenced this as our first visit to the counter but received no orientation info or recommendations from the counter order taker. We settled on fish and onion rings and crab cakes w fries. The onion rings and fish sat in the kitchen window for about 5 minutes. Food was faintly warm. The crab cakes finally appeared. They were warm. The fries were soft and cold. They weren't crowded or busy. Oh, not only must you order at the counter, you'll retrieve your food when your number is called. I don't get it. The pics show food that looks far better than it tasted.“

“This restaurant has been our favorite for 20 years! We go several times a year and have never, ever had a bad experience. The staff is so knowledgeable and top notch. The food is superb (especially the sesame chicken dumplings and dry fried green beans…..and the cauliflower….and the lemon shrimp…..and if there’s any fish specials….)“

“Disappointed by the lack of customer consideration. The late-night menu is advertised to begin at 10 PM, yet when we called at 9:30 PM on a busy Saturday night, we were told only pizzas were available. This is misleading and frustrating. The posted information is not accurate, and unfortunately, it doesn’t reflect the needs of a busy harbour location where late-night dining options are expected. It also shows on google you are currently closed. Please consider updating your hours and menu details to reflect actual service and better support your patrons.“

“Perfect spot along the waterfront. We shared the calamari (which was delicious especially with the little cherry peppers), nachos and then chips and salsa. The chips and salsa needed more salsa but the chips were thick, crunchy and fresh. All dishes were decent portions. Our waitress was really nice but she disappeared a couple times for extended periods so we had to wait for drinks and extra salad dressing. Would definitely go back for the laid back atmosphere.“

“I go here for banh mi, love the pickled veggies from scratch, and hot peppers added in.“
“Super-fun experience at the culinary experience at the Essex Resort in Essex, VT. Our instructor, Denise, led us through the recipes and techniques to create a wonderful Vermont dinner that included roasted root vegetables, braised chicken (in dark beer and demi-glacé) with shallots and a variety of mushrooms, and a lovely kale salad. We were given the opportunity to decorate autumn themed sugar cookies as well as dip tiny apples into a luscious caramel coating. A small group of 9 students made the experience very intimate. Our meal was served with wine and fresh bread accompanied by an herbed compound butter. Denise was a perfect instructor and I would recommend the experience to anyone who loves to cook.“
