“I personally love that they take your order right away. If you go during peak hours of lunch or dinner the turn over for the food is pretty good. I also really like the weekend food options for Friday-Sunday. I've gone other days and didn't have a problem with the food. Just liked the other options offered only on weekends more. Never had an issue with the food.“

Don't let a lone line scare you, the system there ensures delicious, fresh food pretty quickly. Fresh ingredients, delightful customer service, consistency & fantastic prices - what more could you ask for!!Thank you for everything Pho Hong!Vegetarian options: Tofu is an option but there are a lot of fresh vegetable selections as well.“

“Came for lunch between shopping - our meals were delicious and super prompt, and the service was extremely polite and accommodating. It’s a casual pay-at-the-counter restaurant that seems to have specials regularly. We will be back! Highly recommend“

“We stumbled across this very small restaurant when a nearby one was closed. It's a bit hidden in that the sign isn't easily read in the dark and the interior with just a few tables is plain though warmly welcoming. And what a wonderful experience! As others have written, flavorful delicious food with good service and very fair prices. We're from out of town and chose to eat here several times during our stay. The owner came by and we had a couple of nice chats. They were doing a steady take-out and delivery business during our meals. Highly recommend the food.“

“I have lived in the Chittenden county area for years and have tried just about every Chinese restaurant in the area. Volcano Asian Cuisine is genuinely one of the best. My girlfriend is quite the sushi lover and she thinks the sushi here is the best in Chittenden county, if not all of Vermont. Everything else we have tried (crab rangoons, lo mein, won ton soup, fried rice) were excellent. It’s definitely one of our three favorite chinese restaurants in Chittenden county, along with Oriental Wok (Essex) and Yummy (Colchester).“

“Delicious food, amazing presentation and fantastic service! This little hole in the wall was quite a surprise with how upscale the food and dining experience ended up being. Definitely worth the stop and we will be back for more when we return to Burlington ❤️“

“The lemongrass pork banh mi was delicious - bread was nice and crispy but soft on the inside, meat seasoned and grilled perfectly, and the pickled radish added a crunchy tang that really balanced everything out. All for a great price point! I also got a passion fruit black tea with boba, which was only average. The pearls were unevenly cooked, so some were fine and most were still a bit hard in the middle. The search for great bubble tea in VT continues! All that said, it paired great with the sandwich and my lunch was a very enjoyable experience.“

“The staff is incredibly freindly, the menu is expansive, and the food rivals the best. I am an incredibly discerning foodie who has been to many a restaurant that charges twice to 3 times the price for much worse food. Save your time and money and treat yourself to this amazing restaurant!“
“Easy access caught my eye as I tried Jin's for the 1st time. Impressive presentation as we were served by the new Japanese ownership themselves. The friendly and smart family knew exactly what I was looking for, and then, almost like magic, out from the kitchen came our tasty lunch. I wanted to try the oriental ginger sauce on my chicken, but my friend couldn't eat sauces. We were sharing. ?“

“Mama Pho is my favorite place to eat in Vermont. It’s great to have lunch during the winter months in the atrium area to get some sunlight. The plants are beautiful, the music always hits, and the food has never once been bad or inconsistent. Food seems very fresh and comes out quickly. I usually get the pho and I love it.“
