“Mom and pop shop. Counter service only. A solid creemee but I always come back for the clam chowder and fried haddock roll.
The clam chowder might be the best in the state. The haddock roll I always add lettuce, tomato and onion to- it’s always cooked perfectly which means it’s a flakey and messy sandwich. The buns always buttered and the produce is always fresh on the sandwich.“

“Great meal, service and love being back in that building. Ryan was a great server! We started with NA drinks of Not a Negroni and Damsel in distress, added sourdough bread and a chicory salad to lead us into the chicken and green beans and a plate of homemade squash raviolis. Everything finished off with the olive cake with strawberries. This place was as advertised!“

“The dining experience was average overall. $30 lobster roll had as much lettuce as it had lobster and lacked flavor. Lobster bisque was very good. Great views. Open tables all around but the four tables of guests were crammed into one corner of the building.“

“Chef Herve is so personable and makes an amazing culinary experience. The ambience in his restaurant is calming and condusive to trying his French menu. He has something new and fresh and his sommelier pairs the wines to the dishes and to your tastes. We always enjoy ourselves for our date nights at Bistro.“
“Excellent customer service! At my first visit, I was given some incorrect information by an employee regarding the origin of the seafood I purchased. I left a comment in the follow up email receipt I received and was immediately credited for the mistake without even requesting retribution. I probably would not have been a return customer, but thanks to the exemplary customer service, I'll give them another try.“

“Wow! We've been loyal Tiny Thai customers for years, but decided to try Suvi's because it's so much closer. The rice is fluffy, the vegetables are cooked perfectly. Very fresh tasting. Love the yellow curry dish, the stir fried chicken with cashews and pad thai are sooo good. And the spring rolls and crab ragoon are just lightly fried. Deelish. Husband wife team are super nice. New favorite place for take out.“

“We were looking for a quick bite before a show at the Flynn center and stopped into Red Panda on a whim. I'm so glad we did- We sat at the bar and had a glass of wine and a beer, we split two appetizers and biryani, everything was delicious, and quick. Family owned, the nice young man who served us said his aunt and uncle were the owners. Highly recommend.“

“Booked a table and was ready on time.Surpringingly Busy i think for a Wednesday.The waitress was great and you would think i would remember her name.She was very attentive but not over bearing.WE did eat near entrance bit didn't affect our dining experience.Food was delicious but oysters were a bit small but Tasty.That could be the way they come at this time of year.The food was very good and first time there.stayting at best western and Restaurat is like 1 minute walk.Will be back as my wife is a patient UVM.Would laos go by myself has a good atmosphere.Might sit at the car if by meslef.Thanks for the great meal and great service,“

“Disappointed by the lack of customer consideration. The late-night menu is advertised to begin at 10 PM, yet when we called at 9:30 PM on a busy Saturday night, we were told only pizzas were available. This is misleading and frustrating. The posted information is not accurate, and unfortunately, it doesn’t reflect the needs of a busy harbour location where late-night dining options are expected. It also shows on google you are currently closed. Please consider updating your hours and menu details to reflect actual service and better support your patrons.“

“This restaurant has been our favorite for 20 years! We go several times a year and have never, ever had a bad experience. The staff is so knowledgeable and top notch. The food is superb (especially the sesame chicken dumplings and dry fried green beans…..and the cauliflower….and the lemon shrimp…..and if there’s any fish specials….)“
“Super-fun experience at the culinary experience at the Essex Resort in Essex, VT. Our instructor, Denise, led us through the recipes and techniques to create a wonderful Vermont dinner that included roasted root vegetables, braised chicken (in dark beer and demi-glacé) with shallots and a variety of mushrooms, and a lovely kale salad. We were given the opportunity to decorate autumn themed sugar cookies as well as dip tiny apples into a luscious caramel coating. A small group of 9 students made the experience very intimate. Our meal was served with wine and fresh bread accompanied by an herbed compound butter. Denise was a perfect instructor and I would recommend the experience to anyone who loves to cook.“

“I don’t understand all of the hate for the employees. Sure they get busy, maybe a bit under staffed like every other restaurant but don’t blame the employees, contact the owner. And if you didn’t make a reservation don’t complain about what tables are available at the exact time you arrive, feel free to wait like everyone else who doesn’t share your sense of entitlement. I had dinner here 3 times this week, the food was consistent, cooked as I ordered and timely. I would think any glaring deficiencies would present themselves in 3 visits in one week, and I would be happy to share them if that was the case. I’ll be back next week and I’ll be sure to let you know if the exact table I want is not available immediately upon my arrival and I will certainly raise hell if there is any water on my table. The fact there is a response to every negative review should tell you something.“

“The food is great. A little pricey. I wish it was more comfortable to stay and eat there. Not a great place to sit down.
Be careful online ordering. It assumes you want tuna unless you unselect it. Picking a different protein does not remove the tuna.“
