“The self serve no cash ordering system is a PIA and enough to make me not want to do business with them. The food is good enough and the atmosphere is clean and to be clear the people actually working were great. Kind prompt and happy to help. But the ownership needs to reexamine their business model.

“I like Jersey Mike's and tonight my #66 only had steak and it was lacking the mushrooms, peppers and onions. My #8 Mike's way was perfect. I will check the next time before I drive 40 minutes home. Still great food and service so far, just one incident that won't kill it.“

“Quick stop. Not a fan of kiosks. Busy place. Clean restrooms and seating area. Drive thru.
Wheelchair accessibility: It would be difficult to get in here with a wheelchair. The two entrance doors make it very hard and too small for easy access and there's no push button door opener.“

They arrived very soggy and all piled together (that's on delivery driver not Subway IMO)
I don't suggest a BLT even with double meat it gets lost in the bread and add on toppings“

“Just wanted to say thank you to Doug and Lindsay for their kindness and helpfulness when I was involved in an accident in front of their station.As I was very shaken by the accident, Doug and Lindsay were very comforting and supportive until the wrecker arrived. Doug was especially attentive. I could go on and on about it, but, suffice to say, we need more people on the planet like them.Thanks guys!“
