“We went for the first time today and were totally blown away! The restaurant is beautiful, love the bank vault is still in place, such an amazing space!! We ordered the Florentine Eggs Benedict and Pancake breakfast, both were excellent! Filibuster Cafe is exactly what Montpelier needed, so happy they are now a part of our food scene! We will definitely be back!“
“Julio's is our favorite Mexican restaurant. We regularly travel New England and New York and I can recall nothing better in the northeast. The service is always friendly. We try to visit weekly during our Vermont stays. Planning to get my favorite chimmichunga tonight for dinner.“
“Stopped in for a grab and go dinner while on vacation and am so glad I did! Similar to Qdoba, Chipotle, Moe's, etc... BUT even better. Unique recipes like Tikka masala and teriyaki but you can build your own as well. Staff is friendly and helpful and makes sure your bowl is to your liking. Even if you choose one of the recipe burritos, you can customize to your liking. Ordered the buffalo burrito bowl with chicken and a Southern steak burrito. Both were delicious, and I wish I lived nearby so I could visit more often!“
“What a pleasant place foe lunch. Indoor picnic tables. Excellent street tacos. Their Nachos were also fantastic. Generous quantity of food with awesome flavors. Well worth a visit. I know I'll be back!Parking: I was able to park right in front of the building, shared with a nursery. It wowks!Kid-friendliness: Excellent food and tge kids can be taken in to the garden and landscaping building to look at Mexican style pottery while your food is being prepared.Wheelchair accessibility: Park at the front door and door is easily opened.“
“After working here- I wouldn't recommend. First of all, employees don't recieve the credit card tips after being promised tips. Second of all, nothing is made in house except for the guacamole and pico. Not authentic mexican food of any sort. Canned enchilada sauce. Stuffed Polblano peppers come in a plastic bag. The owners have their own sauce they ask for on enchiladas. It tastes much better than what they serve the public. The owners Lu and David are dirty and steal tips from their employees who are Lu's own "people". Not to mention the place is far from up to health code!“
