More than once she’s been the only one behind the counter, with a line that goes to the door, and a train on online order slips. Where most would get flustered she just keeps on keeping on. She acknowledges every person who walks through the door.
It’s unbelievable and unfortunate that she works alone at the busiest time of the day.
Food choices are limited in northfield, so I come often. Usually there is a 10 minute lapse in wait time due to staffing issues.“

“Had the most delicious breakfast sandwich today - Three Pigs, cheddar cheese, on an English muffin. Every part was cooked to perfection and there was a sweet maple tinge that took it to the next level. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. Absolutely recommend and WILL be returning!“
