“We were in town to pick up a motorcycle. Strapped for time, we asked the seller where to get good takeout. He recommended Cornerstone, and it did not disappoint! I want to apologize to the staff for our demeanor - we had a time-sensitive obligation two hours south, and we were two hours and fifteen minutes away, and hungry! I called in an order - we got the Pub Burger, Putin and when it came to the salad options, I was being a bit particular to the gentleman on the phone, then he enthusiastically suggested the (seasonal) Pear Salad. All of the items were exceptionally good, but the Salad was a masterpiece! Fresh pears, walnuts, craisins, cheese - maybe cinnamon (?) and all sorts of deliciousness ?. The vinegrette was spectacular as well. We probably came off as rude, insensitive and demanding - needing condiments, napkins, utensils, etc.. - which were all politely/neatly packed up for us. I hope you know that we really appreciate your tolerance, professionalism and skill! Today it was the journey, not the destination for sure! Thank you!!”

“My sister and I drove from Texas to Vermont to enjoy autumn in New England. Our Vermont stay was here at Lazy Lions. Our site was magnificent. The campground was decorated for fall. The bathrooms were clean and everyone was friendly. I didn't need to use the showers since my Casita has one. I recommend Lazy Lions to anyone heading this way.

“The 5" cookies are equal to 4 normal sized cookies. Fresh, extremely tasty, with sugar crystals on top. A few days delay to ship - but clearly made to order vs pulled off a shelf. Well worth the time/$ saved buying the ingredients. (Molasses is $$.) Molasses is rich in minerals - I'm telling myself, more than halfway through the first cookie. Came well packaged. It's a seasonal treat for me. If I freeze, maybe there will be one left for thanksgiving. THANK YOU!”

“It's bar food and convenient. The place has TVs everywhere. One benefit if you get a booth with a TV you also have the remote to change channels at the table. You don't have to have the sport's channels.

The cocktails are mixed well. High backed booths help with the noise levels. It does get busy in there.”
