“This was definitely a good choice for us! The food was absolutely amazing and the chocolate lava cake was wayyyy to good. Our server, Ilena B. was so sweet and nice, very friendly and was right on top of things without being in our faces all the time. We enjoyed talking to a Buckeye fan! “The most beautiful facility. The tasting room was at the top of a winding staircase, through the door next to the golden pig. We did not need a tasting as we were purchasing a gift for a dear friend's birthday.”

“OK – nobody’s probably going to believe this, but I am from Atlanta Georgia and was visiting Quechee with a few friends – I’ve been there before, but never been to the Skinny Pancake. I went in to get a latte to go and my friend just about crashed the car when I yelled “Oh my God” while drinking it in her passenger seat. She said, “what’s wrong?” and I said “nothing‘s wrong, everything’s right – this is the best latte I have had in years!!” And too bad we were on our way out of town! VERY fresh and creamy and flavorful with just milk- nothing else! I will be back!! ❤️ So delicious and somebody there is a terrific barista! Kelly T.”

We ordered the lamb momo which were insanely addictive! We also got the calamari alongside as an appetizer which was very good. For our main we shared the goat and mushroom tarkari which tasted super fresh and had a perfect level of spice, so it paired well with our mango lassi.

“Four people with dramatically different ideas of what amazing food and drink is dined here for the first time recently and do not regret it. There is nothing we ordered that we didn’t absolutely love and it is a miracle that they are not closer to where we live or we would probably go broke eating there every meal…. I can’t say enough good things plus the staff was so warm and welcoming and friendly - we just can’t wait to go back. Five ⭐️”

“I had the pleasure of dining here while on a work trip. I sat outside to enjoy the amazing weather but the inside looked very welcoming. Welcomed with a smile from all of the staff. Gary was great at telling me about the dishes and a little Thyme history. Food was delightful, perfectly seasoned and fresh. Make sure you save room for dessert and if you didn’t like me and they have bread pudding grab one to go. You won’t be disappointed! Hope to see you next Thyme!!!”

“Food was five stars, service was 6. I had the Creole Chicken that was fantastic. Side of dirty rice which was very flavorful. Also beet salad which balanced everything out. My wife is gluten intolerant and they were helpful with that. Both desserts had gluten so the lady brought us some handmade dessert she had made and then her husband made us sliced strawberries with caramel. It was Valentine’s night and they just gave those to us to be nice. I highly recommend this place.

I didn’t get a chance to try their pattys but they also looked great and reminded me of all the pate I ate on St John. Great authentic food.”

“Loved this place. Went for brunch and ordered the fruit/scone and Sichuan green bean dishes. The fruit plate was a bit overpriced given the amount of fruit it included. But the scone was absolutely delicious. The Sichuan green beans dish w/noodles was amazing. I got the chili oil on the side and forgot to add it lol but the dish was great without it. I wish I had taken a picture because I couldn't find any pictures of it when I was looking and wasn't sure what to expect. But I highly recommend it.”

“I have probably been to Ump’s one thousand times. Birthplace of beautiful pastries and delicious, uniquely named sandwiches. I adore the handmade paintings displayed around the dining area, and the big wooden beams. One of the coziest little places in town with the ambience of coffee-grinding and small talk. An establishment fit for all ages and humors; a Hanover staple for certain.”

“Chicken Carlo was good. Large portions. Came with fries and half of a fried chicken. Chicken was delicious and juicy but the fries were overcooked. My wife had spinach and black bean lasagna it was overcooked and dry out crispy and not tasty. Should have sent it back but it was long in waiting to be served. Portions was small.”

“I love the sakura rose bubble tea. The hot version is great also. I wish they had a store closer to me but any time I am near by I pick up a drink. Highly recommend!”
