“I love this space in the upstairs of the Parker House. While only having 2 rooms and approximately 400-500 sq ft of hosting space, it has a more open-aired, brighter feel than what you’d think of for home-based parlors/salons of the turn of the century. If you’re lucky to arrive when it’s slow, you may be able to grab a seat on the plush leather couch or chairs instead of the high tops. If you are a fan of the Whistlepig brand and/or whiskey in general, I find this to be a nice relaxing spot to come enjoy a dram or two.“

“OK – nobody’s probably going to believe this, but I am from Atlanta Georgia and was visiting Quechee with a few friends – I’ve been there before, but never been to the Skinny Pancake. I went in to get a latte to go and my friend just about crashed the car when I yelled “Oh my God” while drinking it in her passenger seat. She said, “what’s wrong?” and I said “nothing‘s wrong, everything’s right – this is the best latte I have had in years!!” And too bad we were on our way out of town!
