“We had such fun ? The Entire Team of Well Polished Professionals created the perfect blend of personality gently mixed with an easy positive vibe, the Mexican cuisine out of this world and OUT of of this Universe are the speciality cocktails. Ya, it is a bit pricy but this is not Taco Bell. Go completely to the other side of the spectrum, add some Phish & Buddha & you got Big Spruce ❣️❤️‍?❣️ No, not done. This organization continues to evolve. Soon they will have many new and exciting offerings. They are feeling there way meticulously in order to offer you and me the best possible, highest quality experience. We were told the same owners we did not have the pleasure of meeting thus time, however, Bella one of their daughters is seriously an angel on earth ? Apparently, these folks own and run, hands on, the Restaurant across the street too!“

“I'm\nOut of town and i've been here a couple times and Olivia is an excellent waitress. The only thing is they a little bit controlling over the TV, and for some reason , had the same game on 3 different tvs, one in particular, the whole room could see and would not change one of them while we were watching football.
Otherwise the service has always been exceptional.“

“We went with someone that has been several times before. Very busy place, but I guess that's typical for this place for brunch. They have a fairly wide variety of breakfast/brunch item on the menu as well as some unusual ones (fried parsnip chips?). The food was excellent. The table service was as quick and as efficient as it could be in spite of how busy they were. Definitely worth returning to...“

Junction American • $$$
70 Essex Way, Essex Junction - 7.9 miles

“Super-fun experience at the culinary experience at the Essex Resort in Essex, VT. Our instructor, Denise, led us through the recipes and techniques to create a wonderful Vermont dinner that included roasted root vegetables, braised chicken (in dark beer and demi-glacé) with shallots and a variety of mushrooms, and a lovely kale salad. We were given the opportunity to decorate autumn themed sugar cookies as well as dip tiny apples into a luscious caramel coating. A small group of 9 students made the experience very intimate. Our meal was served with wine and fresh bread accompanied by an herbed compound butter. Denise was a perfect instructor and I would recommend the experience to anyone who loves to cook.“
