“We stumbled across this very small restaurant when a nearby one was closed. It's a bit hidden in that the sign isn't easily read in the dark and the interior with just a few tables is plain though warmly welcoming. And what a wonderful experience! As others have written, flavorful delicious food with good service and very fair prices. We're from out of town and chose to eat here several times during our stay. The owner came by and we had a couple of nice chats. They were doing a steady take-out and delivery business during our meals. Highly recommend the food.“

“I personally love that they take your order right away. If you go during peak hours of lunch or dinner the turn over for the food is pretty good. I also really like the weekend food options for Friday-Sunday. I've gone other days and didn't have a problem with the food. Just liked the other options offered only on weekends more. “Easy access caught my eye as I tried Jin's for the 1st time. Impressive presentation as we were served by the new Japanese ownership themselves. The friendly and smart family knew exactly what I was looking for, and then, almost like magic, out from the kitchen came our tasty lunch. I wanted to try the oriental ginger sauce on my chicken, but my friend couldn't eat sauces. We were sharing. ?“

“I really enjoy the food here everytime. Family run business and the food is very solid, well made American-style Chinese. Pork spare ribs are super tender and well seasoned, veggie lo mein tasted fresh and not greasy at all. I agree the dough on the dumplings was thick, but its hand made and the filling has excellent flavor! I plan to eat through the whole menu! I also really like the decor inside. Don't sleep on the wonton soup!“

“Very good Chinese take out. The dining area is closed due to Covid but it wasn't much to begin with. The kitchen is open to the waiting area and is understaffed during rush periods with one cook and the owner assembling orders. The son runs the front of store. The food is very good but the order to delivery time can be off depending on volume. You can nearly count on orders running late for Friday and Saturday dinner times. Our standard order includes the dumplings, Singapore Noodles, Sesame Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, Orange Chicken, and Chicken and Broccoli made a little spicy.“

The first real high end Chinese restaurant in Burlington (hunans) nextdoor to the pub and brewery was this family. “I've never tried this place before, even though I've driven by it a billion times, so i finally called in a lunch order for noon, and it was super hot and fresh when I got there. The sesame chicken had the perfect crisp to it, and the spring roll was perfect. I plan in the future to go back and try out other things, but I do recommend stopping by if you're looking for good Chinese food!!!“

“I've been going to Hop Sing for what must be 10+years, after a coworker was reheating some leftovers that looked and smelled amazing. I was not disappointed and haven't been since. They make most of their food in house and it shows. There are few things on the menu that I prefer elsewhere. Their fried rice isn't too heavy, their chicken is almost always tender, their dumplings and crab rangoon are savory, and on and on. We've tried almost everything on the menu and every time we try another place we end up back here, even though we drive by at least a few other places on our way since moving out of the neighborhood shortly after our first trip there. There is one person who can be a bit rushed (though not rude) on the phone, but with online ordering for some time now, we often go that route.“
