“On a road trip from out of state, googled some options and was recommended Jrs from another restaurant that was reservations only tonight; so very happy that’s how it worked out! We called ahead to make sure they had openings and the girl I talked to was very friendly. Upon arrival though they mentioned they don’t take reservations they had a table for 5 ready for us. Coming from out of state with 3 kids of different ages there were a lot of questions about the menu and our waitress Lexi was patient and kind; speaking with them directly and making sure to answer all questions. Drinks were refilled without asking, extra napkins supplied, she kept an eye out and checked in regularly. The food was fantastic as well, but Lexi was superb!“

“It's been 4 years since I have moved away and I have eaten at this one time favorite restaurant of mine. The hot and sour soup was different from previous years and the general Tso's chicken was over cooked. I was the only diner eating while I was there. “Our new favorite Chinese for take out. Food was super hot, fresh and it was super easy to order and pay. The food was ready in less than 25 minutes. We ordered Szechuan chicken, Sesame chicken, two orders of beef lo mein and veggie fried rice. There was so much food for a family of five and there are leftovers . I highly recommend and you can count on us ordering in the future. Thank you for such a yummy dinner.“

“We did the chefs tasting menu and although each dish was somewhat small it was all very delicious and we left feeling full and satisfied. I would definitely go there again and recommend to others but skip on the tasting menu as it was $200 for two people. It is definitely a fun and unique experience and I have no regrets.“

“We placed a large order for Doordash delivery this evening. Our group wanted to try a bit of many dishes to satisfy vegetarians, meat eaters, spicy food lovers, bland food lovers and gluten free folks! We ordered over a dozen different dishes and everything was delicious! Some favorites were the vegetable pakora, momos, malai kofta, cauliflower 65 and the chicken tikka masala. The saag paneer was wonderful but we wish it had a bit more cheese. This was our first time trying this location and we’ll be back!“

“Great food. I desire to have scallions in my won ton soup but that is ok that it wasn't there. The Dumplings are to die for. The lo mein is great. The real plus is they make there own hot mustard not in a package.

“This place is the knees of the bees. I spend way to much money here and subsequently end up spending more on a gym membership but it's soooooo worth it. ?

Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to dairy and this place really doesn't use any with obvious avoidance of crab rangoons.... which i'm sure are also delish. The dumplings are so die for. The fried rice too.

Parking: Never an issue parking.

Kid-friendliness: Run of the mill Chinese food joint. Kids can go in.

Wheelchair accessibility: Don't recall any stairs to enter the building.“

“I've tried all the Chinese food in the area, and so far this is the best place for egg foo yong. It's more pricey than expected and not the most welcoming place to eat indoors, as it is a bit dark and gloomy inside, best grab it to go.“

“Fantastic Chinese food! This place has some of the best lo mien I've ever had, and I absolutely love the soups that there are to offer. The pu pu platter is amazing and the people are very nice. We eat here at least once a month and would definitely recommend that others eat here as well.“

“I love it here! it feels like you are looking in the wrong end of binoculars! amazing food. i love the atmosphere. sooo low key. i ordered the kung pao chicken combo. WOULD recommend. i also tried the crab rangoon my friend ordered. also very delicious. crispy!
another highlight is the straws. like if you order a soda, they give u the cutest straw. wow. no music, peaceful vibe. it was like $10 for the combo and its a lot of food.

edit: i heard a rumor that if you walk from the door to the counter in five steps or less.. your food is free!! but! no knocking into other patrons. and no one can help you (carry you, etc)“

“I've been going to Hop Sing for what must be 10+years, after a coworker was reheating some leftovers that looked and smelled amazing. I was not disappointed and haven't been since. They make most of their food in house and it shows. There are few things on the menu that I prefer elsewhere. Their fried rice isn't too heavy, their chicken is almost always tender, their dumplings and crab rangoon are savory, and on and on. We've tried almost everything on the menu and every time we try another place we end up back here, even though we drive by at least a few other places on our way since moving out of the neighborhood shortly after our first trip there. There is one person who can be a bit rushed (though not rude) on the phone, but with online ordering for some time now, we often go that route.“

“Food is cheap, ready fast, and average for Chinese in the area.Almost always ready in 10-15 minutes. I have even seen faster.The combo portions are the perfect size for one person.Really can't complain.

Parking: A variety of parking spots right outside the front.“

“All hole in the wall places are hit or miss. This place was a hit. The atmosphere is fast pace because they catter to delivery services. Based on that the food is hot hot and you will be given a choice to let it cool down or what happens when you don't wait.

It was funny listening to them fighting with each other in the back like when couples get comfortable with having you around.

The eating area is not big so take out is where it's at.

The menu may be the same but not quality.

“Some days can be busier than others, food is normally good quality unless it's very late night, speedy service, sometimes the buffet is packed but mostly on weekends, plenty of options, qlot of meat options.

Vegetarian options: Not the most diverse in vegetarian options however they do have a few and properly marked.“

“We came from Brooklyn and saw a familiar name but this food is so good it leave the yummy in Brooklyn in the dust! Woah, the best steamed dumpling sauce we ever tasted! Their spring rolls are a new family favorite when ever in Vermont. It's also a real family restaurant, nice people great service and so fast you will look up from your phone and it's waiting for you, Just the Best Chinese food around!

Vegetarian options: Spring rolls and veggies with rice.

Kid-friendliness: The sweet lady was Very friendly to our toddler.

Parking: Lots of parking in the lot.

Dietary restrictions: They cooked the soup egg drop with won tons in it! And made the spring rolls with no meats veggie, we just had to explain what we wanted.“

“For Vermont standards this place is soooooo goood!!! Their general Tsos chicken actually is crunchy after delivery and has a thin type of breading. Their pork fried rice uses Chinese bbq pork and actually taste like authentically home style Chinese pork fried rice! Their fried wonton uses thin type of wonton skin and fried shrimp is actually shrimp! Everything was still crispy after delivery! Get the pupu platter for 2 and the general Tao dinner combo. And also dinner comb also had 2 cute broccoli florets! Perfectly cooked! If only people in this world sat down and ate at this place. We would have less violence. But to be very fair the chicken and protein are dry but in Vermont I personally have never had juicy chicken. So this is phenomenal by Vermont standards“

“Jason gave the best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. Especially with the extra and special orders I ask for from any Chinese restaurant. When I asked for extra spicy mei fun with extra shrimp, they went above and beyond. This was the best I’ve ever ordered from a Chinese restaurant. It seems like each time gets better and better. I can’t wait for the next order… even though I only order every 3 months or so. 5 stars!!!“

“Food is always excellent. Best sushi around! Service is sometimes slow with only one waitress covering the entire dinning room floor. The waitress is amazing though she smiles and is friendly even amidst the chaos. The bathrooms are less than desirable.“
