“Best pie shack ever. I'm a local and if you don't watch it you will find yourself stopping every week on your way home from work! A solid place to get a holiday gift too. The new owners definitely took off where the originals started and went in an interesting direction with unique and interesting takes on pie.“

“Can’t go wrong with this staple in Richmond. This coffee shop has a nice vibe, good bakery items and a short lunch / breakfast menu for a sit in or on the go item.I think the lunch menu this past week had a turkey sandwich, soup and huge focaccia pizza slices.A delicious maple vanilla was spilt and their iced mocha was even made with cocoa nibs. ?“

“It's so rare to have gluten free baked goods that actually taste good! The apple cider doughnuts were probably the best thing I've eaten all year. I also had a brownie that was chewy and crumbly at the same time-definitely will be back!“

“Village Tavern Jeffersonville, VT I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Village Tavern in Jeffersonville, VT, conveniently located minutes from Smuggler's Notch, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure our dining experience was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu that catered to a variety of tastes. I tried the grilled salmon and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The portion sizes were generous and the presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend the Maple Chipotle Wings(we are in VT of course) or the Quesadilla Explosion Salad to really get your taste buds going. They offer a variety of classics for kids as well such as Chicken Fingers, Hot Dogs, and Spaghetti. Overall, I highly recommend The Village Tavern to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Jeffersonville. The combination of excellent food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere make it a must-visit destination. I will definitely be returning in the future. PLEASE NOTE: They are VERY busy so you will likely not get through via phone. I showed up in person to a packed restaurant, placed my takeout order and was out within 20 mins.“

“Our new favorite! Our son was diagnosed with Celiac this year and we were hesitant to eat out. Jules has been wonderful for our whole family (mom, dad, 5 year old and 18 months old). It is a little quieter atmosphere which made me nervous the first time we went but the staff and other patrons have always been so kind and welcoming to our kiddos and small amount of chaos they bring. The gluten free menu, including kids menu is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable. The desserts are a highlight (we are fans of the gluten free carrot cake). It has been terrific to go out as a family and have equal options for everyone, thank you!Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten Free options, knowledgeable about the restrictions and cross contamination risksKid-friendliness: So kind, last time we wrote letters to Santa and they had a special mailbox, well about a week later Santa had written back. My son was thrilled!“
