“My husband and I are two former baristas trained by Counter Culture. The coffee and tea drinks were delicious, the atmosphere is great, there’s a nice spot for kids to play with the toys provided and they sell some cute local items. Great spot!Kid-friendliness: Nice alcove away from the door for kids to play, color or read books.“
“Bought a loaf of La Panciata oat bread in Shaw's while on vacation in Stowe. Until now, Heidelburg oat bran bread was my favorite but really only for toast. This bread is amazing both fresh for a sandwich and toasted, slathered in butter it is AMAZING! Make sure you refrigerate it after a couple of days and keep it in a cool place until then. Fresh bread like this with no preservatives doesn't last long without refrigeration, just like Heidelberg. So good!! Can't wait to buy more when I am back in VT in a few months. Might even buy some for my freezer! Yum!“
“Bakery and self service cafe. Get a toast, a sandwich, one of the special breads or spreads. You can find here indoor seating, free parking and restrooms. There is a neighbouring wine shop if you'd like to get a "cheese, wine and great bread" thing going.“
“Probably the best tomato soup and grilled cheese I’ve ever had, and my friend who is a chef said the same thing. YUMMY!! They were about to close so we were the only ones there. Ambience a bit lacking but more than made up for it with the quality of the food.“
