The burgers, saison fries, shorty (shortrib) pie and house chips with VT cheddar cauliflower dip are staples and the seasonal specials, salads and soups never disappoint. Oh, and that Whiskey cake!“

“While staying at the Wilmington Inn our inn keeper made arrangements for us to dine at this amazing restaurant. Truly an amazing find. My husband and I enjoyed an intimate dining experience. I say experience because the menu was amazing. Each course was a treat for the taste buds, the flavors abounding in each delicious bite. We live in southern Massachusetts and wish Folly would move to our area. Looks like we will be traveling north again soon for this delight.“
