“We have been about 3-4 times and the food is always incredible! Absolutely delicious. Our waiter Ryan is just the best!! Professional, personable . The ambience. Is wonderful, you're sitting in such comfortable chairs , lighting , music , fire. Had an extra bottle Of wine. Was just perfect. Have sent family to stay and dine there as well. Highly recommended it.“
“5 star hotels seem to always get the tiny details perfect. I brought a book of Robert Frost poems, they noticed and they left me a Robert Frost poem one evening. This place is truly a gem and makes for the perfect escape. Staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Food was amazing. What a wonderful place!“

“We got here just before they stopped serving breakfast and we’re glad we did (though the lunches looked good).
The staff was friendly and service was good. It’s not a place that would draw you in for some kind of special ambiance; it is what it is — a small-town diner kind of place. Which is good. Lots of flannel, locals, and workers.
The food was delicious and filling. I would especially recommend the biscuits and gravy and maple bacon.“

“This was definitely a good choice for us! The food was absolutely amazing and the chocolate lava cake was wayyyy to good. Our server, Ilena B. was so sweet and nice, very friendly and was right on top of things without being in our faces all the time. We enjoyed talking to a Buckeye fan! “We had a reservation for the like huts/cabins at the brewery. They were so cute! Teresa was our server and she was amazing! My burger was not cooked how I wanted it and she had them make me a whole new one and had it removed off my bill automatically. She was so great! Food was not half bad either!“
“We landed a great table for 4 of us, with a River view, on a very busy Friday of New Years weekend. Staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We give them a 10! BEER: We had 2 beer snobs at the table who were beyond happy with their picks. I don't usually drink beer, so I had Two "Ski the East" OMG so perfect with the Taco Duo of Brisket & Pulled Pork. I think I have to go back... Food: All of it was fresh, delicious and well presented.We LOVED the Brussels Sprouts App with Balsamic Drizzle. Wagyu Burger was reported as "Amazing" by nephew from Montana who is a red meat lover. Two at the table had the Red Bird Siracha Chicken Sandwich on Sourdough with Avocado & Bacon Aioli, but asked for the Chicken to be plain not Siracha and the Kitchen willingly obliged. Both raved. This place is well run with excellent food, service, beer and overall Hip vibe. Pricing is refreshingly reasonable on Food & Bev. Overall a great place for casual fun dining!“

“OK – nobody’s probably going to believe this, but I am from Atlanta Georgia and was visiting Quechee with a few friends – I’ve been there before, but never been to the Skinny Pancake. I went in to get a latte to go and my friend just about crashed the car when I yelled “Oh my God” while drinking it in her passenger seat. She said, “what’s wrong?” and I said “nothing‘s wrong, everything’s right – this is the best latte I have had in years!!” And too bad we were on our way out of town! VERY fresh and creamy and flavorful with just milk- nothing else! I will be back!! ❤️ So delicious and somebody there is a terrific barista! Kelly T.“
