“I had been coming here for years with my family, and it is a very cozy spot for some delicious and authentic Korean food. The tteokbboki is probably some of the best I had in Lakewood and the yakisoba was so good I ate the whole plate. I came on the last day before the owner was going to close the restaurant, and it was a good meal. Sad to see samwon go though 🥹“

“As I walked in I was hit with a smell of comfort and good food; the place reminded me of the shops and restaurants near my hometown in Texas. The food was just lovely and the atmosphere was so pleasant and relaxing. I can’t wait to come here again!“

“We arrived at The Grill with a large group of 11 adults and 4 children. They had us seated and the grills started, with our first meat choices within 5 minutes. The food was delicous, fresh cuts of savory meats served with tasty side dishes. Even better than the food was the service! We were treated like family, laughing, joking and hugging when we left. I highly recommend stopping by this fantastic Korean BBQ spot on your next outing! Thank you to The Grill for a wonderful experience! We will be back soon!“

“This is hands down our favorite Korean restaurant! Love the Korean pancakes, the honey garlic chicken is my favorite & the owners are so sweet and the food is amazing & consistent flavor wise every time we come! Also recommend the mango soju ❤️“

“This is inside Paldo Market in Lakewood on South Tacoma Way in the food court section. The food has always been very good here. However, prices may seem a little high due increases in food cost, labor, rent, business taxes.
I enjoy (not pictured) spicy fried chicken wings ($24 + tax). Their spicy seafood noodle soup is a good choice also. This is a place to enjoy a good lunch.“

“love the mala hot! if you like spicy chicken this is one of the greatest hidden gems of Federal Way. a bit pricey at regular price, but they are always running specials. Definitely my go-to place for spicy chicken anywhere between Seattle and Tacoma.“

“I’ve always eaten at the Federal Way location but decided to stop by this location to compare. It’s just as delicious if not better and we had really good service.
It didn’t take very long for food to come out and the seafood pancake was also nice and thicc. They don’t skimp out.
The decor here is different than the federal way one but not in a bad way. Here it’s more modern with ambient lighting vs the old school style booth set up in federal way. There’s also more space in general so it didn’t feel cramped.
I’ll be happy to eat here again in the future.“
