Friends and I stopped by for desert, and both the Lava Cake and Pineapple Upside-down were life altering delights of immense taste bud, interconnected neurological pleasure.Food is food, some is great, others not so much. Not only did I enjoy the best martini I’ve ever had (make sure you take Payton’s recommendation and order the Gunpowder Gin), but the food was delectable. We started with the Formosa Roll and enjoyed the shrimp tacos and steak. The Formosa Roll was savory and spicy, the shrimp were perfectly cooked for the tacos and the steak came with potato spirals that I didn’t know I needed in my life, but absolutely do! A true gem of Tacoma, bravo Eric and team!“
