“I can’t believe I waited so long to try this place! One of the best vegan meals I’ve ever had. Flavorful to the very last bite! I had vegan bulgogi bento with miso soup, and my son had teriyaki and yum yum chicken, which he said was incredible. The server was super sweet, pointing out the vegan options and very attentive. Food was out fast and generous portions! Can’t wait to go back.”

“My wife and I are loyal customers because we truly enjoy the total experience each time we patronize this establishment. One might expect a primarily "take out" place to be noisy and potentially chaotic. But, Ikonic Wings is pleasantly friendly and serene while you wait for your food (if you fail to order ahead of time). There are a few tables available for those lucky few who choose to dine in. The food is delicious and freshly prepared to order (SCRUMPTIOUS)! I'm a big man but after 3 wings, I've had my fill but may eat 1 or 2 more just for taste (the wings are larger than expected and the various sauces makes you speechless-YUMMY). We order from Ikonic Wings 2-3 times a month. The owner (Kelly) is wonderful (Army vet). She appears to run her restaurant with her patrons in mind. She is open to feedback and aims to please. So, if you have feedback for her, try to be kind as she seems to want pleased customers. If anyone walks away dissatisfied, I don't know what to tell you.”

“The tea is amazing, the tapioca is always perfect, and I personally feel like I can taste how clean all of their tools are in the waffles and fries especially. Honorable mention for the curly fries and the sauce, which in my opinion is the BEST curly fries I've ever had.

Also, the one time I've come here and they were PACKED busy and my fries took a while, they gave me 3 free macarons to apologize which I honestly didn't feel like was necessary anyways since they were so busy the wait was expected. 10/10, I'll be here often.”

“This is by far the best BBQ in Western WA. Everything is good. Portion sizes are great and prices are reasonable. We drive an hour just to get great BBQ. We have met people who drove 3 hours to just eat the excellent BBQ. They also have vegetarian options.”

“Zen Ramen and Sushi is phenomenal! Their menu is full of delicious options, the sushi burritos tasted fresh and the ramen was so warm and comforting! Inside the decor is bright and welcoming, we really love all the options for seating and how friendly the staff was as well! 10/10, highly recommend this restaurant!”

I was there a couple weeks ago and had the best service by this young lady who had a long braid kind of on the side and a cute piercing on the left side of her nose. She was fast at checking me out, double checked my order, and gave me all the sauce I asked for.

We chit-chatted about how she's been getting looked at by D1 schools for a sport I can't remember now! I can tell she's a hard worker and they train their staff super well. I highly recommend this location:)!”

“We love coming here. The food is incredible. My kiddos love the conveyor belt sushi. We had Jamison as our server today and he did AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! He was so attentive and has great presence on the floor. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to both this place and Jamison.”

“I moved to Olympia in 2022 and began looking for good restaurants. After going to 4 Japanese I hit on Kamakura and have been returning there at least 1X/week. Great rolls, rice is perfectly executed, the Drunken Noodles with shrimp are AMAZING(every time). The staff is so kind and accommodating (makes me feel relaxed) The only thing I feel want for is more seaweed in the miso soup. This restaurant reflects everything with a touch of Japanese family tradition. The prices are fairly set and reflect the quality of food. So this is “my go to” Japanese place in Olympia”
