The food wasn’t anything to write home about, but it wasn’t bad either; it was better than a joint like that needed to be. They seemed to be training a new employee, and he did great getting everything right. He double checked our orders and asked about things we’d already said…but again…neighborly vibes / slow pace, no pressure.“

“Hmm, where to start... They have the best pizzas with their signature crispy wood-fired pizzas, and we aren't kidding that they are our absolute favorite pizzas in all of Washington. Next on the list are their pizza rolls. We've had good pizza rolls, but never pizza rolls like Fondi's. Pro tip: If you really want your pizza rolls to be epic, you have to dip them in Fondi's homemade gorgonzola dressing. Trust us. We even know a three-year-old who isn't a fan of pizza (yeah, we think it's crazy too), but he will devour half a plate of Fondi's pizza rolls... Their salads are the freshest salads around; you'd think they were a strictly salad restaurant with how amazing these salads are. We've tried every single salad on the menu, and if we had to pick our favorite, maybe the Insulata di mele with its fennel-candied walnuts, but then we'd feel bad for forgetting their classic Caesar's forum, which is a Caesar salad even your kids will want to eat! We may have saved the best for last, because Fondi's flatbread, which we order crispy with the fresh mozzarella, white bean dip (kind of like hummus if we had to compare it to something more well known), and their pomodoro spread (a really fresh marinara-type dip). We almost forgot our favorite dessert! The Burnt Creme, aka Creme Brulee, is incredible; it's really the best way to finish your meal, but we sometimes order the Affogato as well, it's espresso over ice cream, and it's delicious!“

His booming masculine voice greeted me kindly as I ordered my food. I even caught a glimpse of his massive biceps. I 11/10 recommend this place especially when Finn is working. “Just wanted to say I love you guys and I always get the BEST service from your staff. People taking phone orders are always very professional and polite. They make the process smooth and never awkward in any way. 99% of the time when I go to pick my pizza up, there is a friendly smile waiting for me right next to it. What a good feeling! However I just wanted to say, tonight is the first night in years that I ate a gross pizza from the gh location. My bf picked up a large half mushroom and half jalapeño sausage and man was that crust tough!! I'm not sure if it was the dough roller or if it was just left in the oven too long but it was kind of reminding me of the cardboard crust days. :/ just wanted to give you guys a heads up and let you know that I expect more from you. My pizzas from you guys are almost always perfect. So keep it up! I really don't get pizza anywhere else except fondi every once in a while when I want some brick oven stuff. “I frequent this Pizza Hut pretty often over the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The manager Zack and his staff are always so kind and courteous which to me, is astonishing due to the fact that Pizza Hut is such a large chain.

“The staff is very friendly once n when they acknowledge you. Bout 15 min before I was addressed. Then I was pushed off to another employee who still has not acknowledged me. In fact im sitting in my car waiting for the food I ordered( once I figured it out) no help from employee I guess me asking for help was not a priority, 🤪 she did end up dropping 2 pizzas. KARMA!! “Tonight I had the best experience with a pizza company in a long time. Tim was more than helpful and accommodating and the food was delivered hot and was wonderful. Long story short I was willing to cancel my order due to it being assigned to DoorDash (who I've had issues with in the past and I'm not willing to use their services) and Tim went above and beyond to make sure that he personally delivered my order. I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut's recent decision to work with DoorDash, but I'm thankful that Tim was there to overcome that objection and help me out. Thanks again so much!“
