“This is a Pilot Truck stop...with Arby's, and other fast food options. It has a drive-up that is not easily seen from road or lot....Clean inside---well staffed----ordered one sandwich (Wagyu Burger) for take out...$8.19 total tax Incl.... wow. Good reception, not noisy, yet it' lunch time 11:41 AM.....Not busy...nice sit-down with tables and chairs... The burger appears smallish...covered by a pretzle bun....house sauce and vegies added. The burger is smaller than the bun...(disappointed)....but, it is well done and having traveled seven miles before opened, it was tasty...small paper bag with coated wrapper on burger. The bag is recyclable, the wrapper is not. The bag handed to me with a smile, but was then asked if I wanted sauces..not knowing what comes with.. declined. There is a standard (house sauce) kinda like Thousand Island...drippy....it does not come standard with a slice of onion, but does have a bit of lettuce, a bit of tomato, and a string or two of onion.....No mustard or Catsup. Suggest you discuss toppings at time of order. For the size, it is pricey. No napkins were put in the bag so perhaps they are at a self serve station in house.“

“They made the imposdible happen. Tjis lady b4 me wanted a pineapple smothie. They don't have them! But the manager helped the lady with her smoothie while saving her money. Excellent example of going above and beyond for their customer.“

“I went in on Mother's Day, required a lot of help understanding the coupons I had and the cashier was so kind, took the time to answer my questions and made every effort to accommodate what I wanted (she couldn't conjure beans they haven't had on the menu for 5 years now - definitely not her fault) and all of the staff was quite pleasant and friendly. When I got home I realized I hadn't noticed a missing item but when I called they went above and beyond to make it right. This is, by far, the best staff of any place I've eaten in years.“

“I love the food here. However not 5 stars for two reasons. 1. Door Dashers have to wait and will be totally ignored. A simple fix of having dashers check in at the front of the line and acknowledging their existence would be super helpful. Sometimes the food is ready to go but your ignoring the delivery driver. Its just rude. 2. The kitchen line needs better communication to speed up the process to work together. TALK TO EACHOTHER!“

“Standard subway. Typical chain type food, meaning similar from store to store. The only drawback to this subway and others around me are the fact they do not accept the coupons or online deals. Ie. Buy on get one free, daily deals, etc. I had my norm, the subway Italian bmt. For a little change I had them add some of their mvp Parmesan vinaigrette.“

“Never had Jimmy John’s before. I usually go to Subway of Jersey Mikes, but I needed a quick lunch before I had to head back to work. Their slogan is freaky fast and tbh, It was!!! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes while they were handling other orders. Super kind stuff, the food was AMAZING, and the quality and serving portions is worth the price! Cheaper than the competitors with premium service, definitely will be going back!
