“Headed out for a night out at the casino with my wife. Stopped for some pre game food and we meet Stephon! First he was apologizing for the wait (like 3 minutes) no big deal. So we start ordering but my wife is very indecisive. He make a few suggestions and bam we are ordered. Pull up to the window and he is all smiles with his accent made us smile. He told us he was from Europe and we talked for a brief minute. We paid and he gave us some good vibe to help us win big. We will definitely be back if he is working. (Disclaimer: this is a true and honest statement I have never met this guy before tonight)“

“This is a Pilot Truck stop...with Arby's, and other fast food options. It has a drive-up that is not easily seen from road or lot....Clean inside---well staffed----ordered one sandwich (Wagyu Burger) for take out...$8.19 total tax Incl.... wow. Good reception, not noisy, yet it' lunch time 11:41 AM.....Not busy...nice sit-down with tables and chairs... The burger appears smallish...covered by a pretzle bun....house sauce and vegies added. The burger is smaller than the bun...(disappointed)....but, it is well done and having traveled seven miles before opened, it was tasty...small paper bag with coated wrapper on burger. The bag is recyclable, the wrapper is not. The bag handed to me with a smile, but was then asked if I wanted sauces..not knowing what comes with.. declined. There is a standard (house sauce) kinda like Thousand Island...drippy....it does not come standard with a slice of onion, but does have a bit of lettuce, a bit of tomato, and a string or two of onion.....No mustard or Catsup. Suggest you discuss toppings at time of order. For the size, it is pricey. No napkins were put in the bag so perhaps they are at a self serve station in house.“

“My wife and I frequent this location and the staff has always been exceptionally kind and compassionate. Tonight Anthony was on drive thru, we had stopped needing a pick me up as we lost our beloved ferret that morning. Exhausted and tired we were met with overwhelming kindness that means more than we could ever deeply express. The mountain dew was malfunctioning but his coworker came up and she took care of that business like nobody else, and their banter together was such a light during such a dark day, getting some much needed smiles out of my wife and I. I've never had a biscuit taste so good. THANK YOU KFC STAFF AT SMOKEY POINT!“

Helpful, kind, and quicker than I could finish saying “extra pickles,” they turned our quick stop into a sub-lime experience. “Standard subway. Typical chain type food, meaning similar from store to store. The only drawback to this subway and others around me are the fact they do not accept the coupons or online deals. Ie. Buy on get one free, daily deals, etc. I had my norm, the subway Italian bmt. For a little change I had them add some of their mvp Parmesan vinaigrette.“

“Not sure why they have a low rating. I've come to this location quiet a few times now and they're always efficient, friendly and the food is fresh. There's usually a line and they get through it pretty quick. The evening crew at least seems to have pretty good team dynamics and works through the line. I appreciate the friendly & fast service so will continue to come back when I get my panda craving.“
