I have tried all vegetarian, vegan versions. Last night my son and daughter-in-law brought me to MOTO. I ordered the vegan pepperoni pizza. The first bite made me literally want to cry. “The manager here is completely rude to his customers and his staff. Refuses to refund or replace and item made incorrectly. Just terrible customer service. Think twice before giving your money to such a terrible person. Read many other reviews that talk about how the staff here is treated. The food is mediocre at best, but even of it was better, service matters. I'd encourage the owners to think about how they treat people and how they would like to be treated as a customer when the business was at fault. Disgusting. There were mushrooms sent to a kid with an allergy when it was clearly noted on the order to leave them off, there was a hair in the pizza. I would encourage the owner to take a class in customer service and learn to do what is right instead of being rude and snarky.“

“This place is very cosy and the staff and owner is very nice and helpful. As for the food we tried there meat balls and bread sticks and a pizza and I was blown away at how great it was. I eat a lot of pizza and this is now my favorite everything was delicious. There bread stick and I got their hot honey wow I could live on that beat I have ever had. “Although I placed my order and it was set to be ready almost at closing time (7:53pm est p/u) [store closes at 8pm] when I came to the store to get my order, I was greeted by 2 really phenomenal employees. One was beginning the clean-up process for closing down the day, the other made the way to the register to assist me. I was even asked if I was picking up or ordering- sometimes if a place is closing down, they will not offer anything past a certain time- I was so surprised that the employees [both] did not seem bothered (had I intended to place an order this close to closing hour) but since I was there for p/u, I was politely directed to the p/u station/area. “This was a carry out pizza but facility was very clean and organized. Pizza was ordered online and I accidentally removed an item. I called the store and the Papa Murphy's employee was very happy to accommodate my request.
The Papa's favorite pizza didn't disappoint. Crust was crispy with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings.“

We have some really excellent pizza locally and this place was perfectly on par with them. The margherita pizza was shockingly good for basically bread, cheese, sauce and basil and I was definitely very happy with it, along with the perfectly greasy pepperoni pizza. The crust was the perfect thickness and texture on both and the dough had just the right amount of snap and crunch to it. Great spot, I'll definitely be visiting again.“

“My family and I regularly go to the Ballard Farmers’ Market and get pizza slices from Vespucci, a pizza vendor with the best pizza in Seattle - hands down. When we found out that they had an Italian restaurant we knew we just had to go. And so we did. “My favorite place to eat in Ballard - the food, the staff and the atmosphere are all a delight, every time! They even cater to special dietary requirements and do a vegan pizza with actual vegan cheese (rather than just the bland stuff you’d normally get in most places), and their wholewheat crust is to die for! They also do the best dolma and the best hummus veggie platter. My whole family and I keep coming back, thank you!“

“The pizza here is great, the location is good. The four stars is for the staffing. It seems like everytime I go in there the store is lacking employees. My last trip was on a Friday night and only two employees were there. As we were waiting an employee comes through the door with McDonald's in his hand, the lead girl says your late......and then he proceeded to go eat his food all the while the two girls out front struggled to keep up. The lead called for him twice but no show. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get 2 pizza's together. Bravo to the two girls who busted their asses to keep up.“
