“West side is and always will be the best pizza in Kitsap County. Not just because of the amazing Pizza made from the best ingredients, but because of the customer service. I don't think I've ever seen any employee of theirs without a big smile to welcome me. Same with delivery upbeat and happy phone service and great delivery person. It's just a wonderful company all around and I'm really thankful that we have one on Bainbridge Island.“

“They've got a pretty solid menu, it's pretty focused on a few items and that's what you want in a food truck. My friend likes their Gyros and kebabs but I'm a Pizza Man for life though I love me a good cheese steak sandwich.

Their wood fired pies are pretty tasty, I find their sauce to be a little on the sweet side but they're solid and the ingredients don't taste artificial. The crust can be a little burnt but that's just part of the charm with this style.

It's a good spot to grab a bite during the summer time or to grab a to go order if you live or work in the area.“

I have tried all vegetarian, vegan versions. Last night my son and daughter-in-law brought me to MOTO. I ordered the vegan pepperoni pizza. The first bite made me literally want to cry. This was the best pepperoni pizza of ANY kind I have eaten in my considerably long life! Thank you Lee, Nancy, and the entire MOTO crew! “The manager here is completely rude to his customers and his staff. Refuses to refund or replace and item made incorrectly. Just terrible customer service. Think twice before giving your money to such a terrible person. Read many other reviews that talk about how the staff here is treated. The food is mediocre at best, but even of it was better, service matters. I'd encourage the owners to think about how they treat people and how they would like to be treated as a customer when the business was at fault. Disgusting. There were mushrooms sent to a kid with an allergy when it was clearly noted on the order to leave them off, there was a hair in the pizza. I would encourage the owner to take a class in customer service and learn to do what is right instead of being rude and snarky.“

“This was a carry out pizza but facility was very clean and organized. Pizza was ordered online and I accidentally removed an item. I called the store and the Papa Murphy's employee was very happy to accommodate my request.
The Papa's favorite pizza didn't disappoint. Crust was crispy with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings.“

We have some really excellent pizza locally and this place was perfectly on par with them. “Listen, I love pizza. I know good pizza, and this pizza is great! Thick but not too-thick crust, generous cheese and toppings. The staff are friendly and helpful. I accidentally got one with an allergen (I thought I had removed it but used the website so it was possibly user error) and they were so quick to remake it for me when I said I couldn't eat it. “My favorite place to eat in Ballard - the food, the staff and the atmosphere are all a delight, every time! They even cater to special dietary requirements and do a vegan pizza with actual vegan cheese (rather than just the bland stuff you’d normally get in most places), and their wholewheat crust is to die for! They also do the best dolma and the best hummus veggie platter. My whole family and I keep coming back, thank you!“

“The pizza here is great, the location is good. The four stars is for the staffing. It seems like everytime I go in there the store is lacking employees. My last trip was on a Friday night and only two employees were there. As we were waiting an employee comes through the door with McDonald's in his hand, the lead girl says your late......and then he proceeded to go eat his food all the while the two girls out front struggled to keep up. The lead called for him twice but no show. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get 2 pizza's together. Bravo to the two girls who busted their asses to keep up.“

“The Bremerton Figure Skating Club held our annual awards ceremony at the Cloverleaf last Thursday. We had amazing, incredible, outstanding service from your employee Emory. She had a smile on her face the whole time, didn’t get overwhelmed, and was super helpful. She was very kind to my daughter who was nervous to order her own drink. She helped me with food and drinks for the club, advising how much and when to order. I haven’t had customer service that good in a very very long time. And the food was great too!
