“A fairly large group of us dropped in without warning. They handled us without issue and with plenty of smiles. I was really impressed how well they handled the situation. Food and atmosphere were typical Subway, but the service was outstanding.“

“I don't have great pictures of it but this banh mi is packed! It might costs a little more than the delis in Little Saigon. But it's easily more filling and a better quality. I got the classic with the deli cold cuts, pate, veggies, and pork floss. How neat. Never had pork floss with them before. Not sure if there was cilantro but definitely would have enjoyed it.

I couldn't finish it in one sitting and ate half before work. And the other half at work.

“Some of the best tomato soup I’ve had to start with, vegan and deliciously chunky. The Rajun Cajun sandwich lived up to the hype for the most part, but be aware of a small spot with few indoor seats and a 45-ish minute wait between the line and getting food in a Saturday lunch time.“

“I've never had anything upsetting happen at this subway before. But today I went in around 1230 and the young man was taking count of what needed to be in the bar, I was the only customer inside and I waited patiently but I honestly felt ignored after about 3 minutes (I was on lunch so I was watching the clock) he said he'd be right with me I said no worries trying to be kind and 8 minutes later he finally assisted me, I asked 3 times for a 6 inch and by the third time he didn't seem to hear or wasn't paying attention I thought I was speaking loud enough idk. I had to repeat several times the toppings and he still tried to put anything on the sandwhich. He seemed so irritated by my presence I was so uncomfortable but so hungry I didn't want to leave and waste the food he had prepared, when I said again at the register that it was supposed to be a 6 inch he visibley shrugged and still charged me. I didn't know what to do at that point so I just paid and left. I felt so out of place and such a bother to the young man I didn't even get to ask his name.“

“Evidently I haven’t been in for years because I was shell shocked to see a meal deal for $17 something. But the quality and taste is as good as I remember. I got to chatting with Kyler, Tyler, and Tyler (no kidding. Those were the three guys there). Super nice. Very friendly. Kyler was especially personable and enjoyable. I learned that this location is very involved in the community helping people get on their feet with a job opportunity. Very cool.

I see there are some fairly harsh reviews. I have a feeling it comes down to who is working that day. I came on a great day evidently. What’s MORE concerning to me is not that there are some bad reviews, but in each case, the response from the owner includes some form of apology and an invitation to resubmit the complaint to a different website to communicate with the owner. So which one is the owner? And why not just take care of them immediately instead of having them jump through another hoop?
They’re already unhappy. Adding homework isn’t going to help the situation.“

Had a blast joking around with the guy taking my order, literally told him to throw a crap ton of pickles on it for me. Whoever you are, you're awesome.
