“What an absolute "Gem" this place is! A friend of mine took me to this place for dinner Saturday February 3rd not far from where I live. The owner and his wife work together operating the restaurant. The food was fantastic (linguine and sausage as well as the chicken parmigiana)! We shared the Caesar salad and homemade carrot cake (it was to die far)! The ambiance was amazing! You felt as though you were dining with a bunch of your friends or family. The owner and his wife circled the room chatting with guests and hugging those they knew. All I can say, is if you haven't tried this place you need to.“
“My Husband and I moved our Valentine's dinner to Saturday and this is where we chose. .I'm always looking for good Italian food in the area and thought we would give it a try. The Lobster Ravioli was delicious and served with a lobster tail on the side pleasantly surprised. My Husband chose the Calzone which was also very good. The only thing I would recommend is some marinara on the side for dipping ? The owner and Staff were fast friendly and courteous. As far as atmosphere it has that old world feel of Italy...They also have outside dining which we will try again when the weather warms up ? Overall it was a pleasant dining experience...Oh and don't forget to try a Negroni ??“
“This is the best taphouse in Vancouver. Josh is the best. He's always paying close attention to his customers. He's got a good selection of beers, and he's always got at least one barrel-aged option on tap #18 (thanks Josh). But be prepared to pay. #18 is never cheap. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and inviting. There are a couple TVs and the music playing in the background is always on point. My favorite place. Check it out!Kid-friendliness: 21 and over.“
“Have met my friend here several times for coffee and conversation. It's my new favorite meeting place. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The coffee is delicious and fresh. I've tried the baked oatmeal and the quiche, both very good. Definitely look forward to another coffee meet-up here.“
“We really enjoy this place, I found this explanation of the name of the restaurant and it does explain the experience, great food, great everything.EmanarEmanar - Spanish for "emanate"which means to issue or spread out from a source.Think of the comfortable heat from a fireplace, the sweet smell and beauty of a flower in bloom, the invitation of coffee in the morningand the welcome home from good friends."Emanar" also sounds like Mar and Richard's initials...M&R.That's Emanar.Feel welcome.“
