“Basically an expensive Subway. The whole experience here was expensive with no real reason to be. First, the service… there was none. You’re supposed to order from a tablet on the front counter. The staff was frustrated that I dare ask how to order. Then they didn’t know how to answer questions about the menu. And then the menu asked how big of a tip to leave! The atmosphere… it’s located inside the giant food hall in the mall. It ended up being really loud, but at least they had their own seating area with cool modern chairs. Finally, the food… actually pretty good. I had the steak sandwich and it was delicious, even if the goat cheese was too tart for the overall dish. Would I eat here again? Maybe I’d order takeout, but yes. It was tasty and a good lunch.“

“The staff was friendly. The line was short. The food was great. I got personal service. The sandwich was fantastic and I had the Cubana on multi grain and The Works.
The location is central in DOWNTOWN BELLEVUE and is easy walking distance from City Hall and the transit station and Bellevue Square. I rolled in feeling a little grubby and I was still treated with respect and professionalism. The entire team all did their part and DONT FORGET THEY CATER TOO SO BRING THE CREW AND OR ORDER IT UP AND BRING IT BACK TO THE OFFICE. “An excellent place to celebrate! My husband took me here as a surprise for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Matthew was an excellent server-prompt, knowledgeable and polite. The food was fantastic, the drinks phenomenal and they really know how to make birthdays special without being over the top about it. We will be back and requesting Matthew as a server soon! “We went there by a friend recommendation and I couldn’t believe we just discovered this place. All their pizzas are freshly baked. I especially like their Indian style pizza. Best in the town. The place is not that big. Only couple tables to dine in. It does take about 20mins for pizza to be ready. I would order early if you don’t want to wait there.
The owner is super nice and helpful. My kid fell asleep while we were eating there. He was very patient with us and offered to heat up the pizza when he saw my son woke up.
This is a great local place that we’ll definitely come back more!“

“I was a little nervous to try this spot since ive only ever gone to the one in Colombia center (downtown) but WOW! The service here is great and the staff is very knowledgeable about the menu! I suggest ordering online since they seem to be pretty busy during lunch time but you can really tell the people working here care about helping you out and making you feel welcome! Shout out to sam and lauren for helping me pick what to order!!“

“I really enjoy getting my breakfast here—it’s become a go-to for me. The tuna sandwich is always a solid choice: fresh, satisfying, and super tasty. But what really stands out is their kimbap. It’s not always available, so if you see it, definitely try it. It’s hands down better than anything I’ve had in Seattle, Hmart, or even Trader Joe’s. Recently I’ve started trying out the bagels too. I love all the foods here. 🤩

“I had the una-gyu don rice bowl and a side of takoyaki. The unagi was alright, i will do without it next time. The beef was good! The takoyaki was odd, it was very pasty/doughy... not sure if it wasn't cooked all the way or if that's just how they are.“

“Great food, especially the appetizers/side dishes at happy hour! The happy hour periods are odd to me, 5-7 and 9-closing, but I'm not complaining haha. The green beans hit the spot, and the crispy pork was amazing. The mains were not as outstanding, but still solid. We'd go back just for the green beans :) Only complaint is the somewhat slow service“

“Very nice hotel. Great breakfast, nice pool area. Large lobby at check in with places to sit while you wait. Restaurant had good food if you don't want to go out looking for a place to eat. Nice outdoor patio area. Safe parking garage on site.“

“I had a marvelous experience and pizza 🤗

Everyone was SUPER pleasant, and I’d never been in a MOD or had a MODza (I presume that’s what they call pizzas) before, and the staff were very welcoming and cheerful and great, and they made me a really-delicious thin-crust pepperoni with a little garlic and basil and it’s QUITE scrumptious; I’m eating it as I type this. Omnomnom.

“I honestly don't exactly remember what I got here other than it was a baguette sandwich with salami, tomato, mozzarella cheese and some other stuff, but it was pretty good! I shouldn't have asked for the sandwich be toasted because the cheese wasn't melted at all amd was just warm. But I won't dock amy extra stars for that since it was a pre-packaged sandwich that had a pretty hefty block of cheese. Service was nice and fast, with a cozy and hipster atmosphere. Would go again!“
