Great food.
Refused to make my order again when they told my delivery driver that someone took it. I have always had good experience with Shakeshack but this is just so disappointing. They knew they were wrong and still didn’t do anything about it.
I have only eaten at a shake shack twice: once at the UVillage location where I was unimpressed with both the burgers and the shake. This visit to this location was much better due mainly to the surprisingly good chicken.
We had a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. Gotta admit, I was impressed by the crispness of the breading and the heat retention and juiciness of the meat.

Shake Shack Bellevue Square offers a "coooool fast food" experience with friendly staff and attentive service. The burgers are very good, and the staff's warm attitude makes customers feel at home. Although sometimes busy, the restaurant's friendly atmosphere and quality food, including their signature Shake Shack burger, make it a recommended spot.
