“Whether dining in or taking to go, Filling Station is one of my favorite places to get a burger in town. You can definitely tell they use high quality ingredients and I love the variety of specialty burgers/sandwiches they offer. Their fries are also phenomenal; a thick curly potato that go amazing with their ranch. The shakes are great, and their cocktails are fun and are always great pairings with our entrees. They additionally offer a veggie pattie/vegetarian-friendly burger option for vegetarians which is awesome, and the service there is always phenomenal. Definitely a go to spot in my opinion! “Sweet baby jesus their burgers are soo good!! IMO, best in town! Just delicious smash burger goodness with the crispy cheese bits around the edges, great sauces and tasty fries. Seriously mouthwatering. I'll be dreaming of their burgers until I make it in next. The staff is also nice and the woman who owns/runs it seems very kind and generous.“

“Boomer's Drive-In in Bellingham, near the 5 freeway, harkens back to the 1950's drive-ins of old. Boasting a classic menu of various Burgers and combinations, Boomer's is a very tasty restaurant to spend some time either inside the dining room eating and talking with friends and family or in your car parked in a drive-in spot under a cover to keep the rain at bay. Inside, the dining room boasts a circular wood fireplace that keeps the window filled room with constant warmth in cold or cool weather and gives great ambience while you wait for takeout or munch on some good burgers, fries, etc. I can't get over how delicious the food actually is! And they don't mind if you ask for no added salt on your burger like I do. All the staff are patient, kind, and very informative should you have questions. The restaurant and bathroom are kept very clean, although the bathroom is quite small which is fine and only adds to the quaintness. The prices are low when compared to burgers at other places and much more tasty! This place is quite popular with the local college crowd and families. Whether you're just driving on the 5 freeway or jaunting around Bellingham, I highly recommend going to Boomer's Drive-in for a quick bite or a lengthy sit down. You won't be disappointed.“

“This was our first time here, and we're both mad as to not trying it out earlier!!! Food, service, fantastic friendly manager, atmosphere...all amazing! We were seated right away, never felt ignored, and had a window seat with a view of the harbor. Highly recommend - we WILL be back! I had the fish and chips - so so good! The fish batter was so crispy!! And the steak fries were great and crisp! My husband got the Big Bad Boy burger (3 patties)...he's a burger guy for sure...he was super impressed!!“

“We had so much fun renting bikes from Sun-E-Land! Staff were so kind and helpful. Bikes were very nice quality and a ton of fun to ride around Bellingham. Great for a tour of all the local breweries on a nice day! Highly recommend.“

“Classic fast food, space age mid century counter service burger stop. Its great, come here with the boys at work all the time. Service is friendly, they offer The BIG BUN, its not for everyone but if you can handle it Ive never seen other places with that kind of offering. Shakes, malts, fries, onion rings - all the classics.“

“The fries and strawberry milkshake were pretty good, but the beyond meat burger could use some improvement (meat is pretty thin + could use some vegan/vegetarian cheese, special sauce, and maybe a but less iceberg lettace). Also a bit pricy for what you're getting (~$21 for the three).“

“We have tried all the fish places in Whatcom County and The Galley is the best. The Cod, Halibut, Salmon and Shrimp are all very good. The soups are excellent, too.“

“The food was very delicious and comforting! Good fried cauliflower, house made fries, kickass pork sliders. The vibe of the inside was less cozy than I thought it would be from the street. Prices reasonable. I must say they should use more resilient buns, the meals were so juicy that they turned to mush.“

I normally order on doordash but today i went in person, staff was nice and the place looked clean.
The food is consistently good, i normally get bacon burgers and chicken pastas.
This is the only place that makes chicken exciting for me, its perfectly made.
