It's a civilized and cultivated experience to taste the Township 7 wines on the edge of their Langley vineyard. Our server provided the essential tasting notes for the five offered wines, and significantly elevated the experience for us.“

“A group of 4 gathered at Chaberton Bacchus Bistro on a Sunday afternoon. All the quests ordered the French Onion soup to warm a slightly cooler midday. This was paired with a Gamay Noir, which was a perfect pairing. Main were ordered including omelets, beef bougurgion and Lamb Shanks. All were fantastic and prepared to exacting standards. Wine pairings were mixed from whites to reds and all align to the deep flavors especially for the Lamb Shanks and Beef. Service was just precisely what a group of 4 would wish for, engaging but not overwhelming. Take time to visit the wonderful vineyard and Bistro.“
