“We visited the Winery in June 2025 on our way to Sooke. The 4 sampler wines were very good; howeve, the one that really stood our was the Deep Cove Malbec Red Wine 2021. It was Excelent and tasted like "this goes with steak!" So much so, that we purchased a bottle and enjoyed it last night with our steak. I only wish we could get Deep Cove wines here in Ontario.“
“It was an honor and privilege to be the VERY FIRST guests to this brand new Cidery tasting room!! Great selection of ciders and the flight consists of four ciders…you choose. I highly recommend this wonderful family owned business. Outdoor space is lovely with some cornhole and Jenga thrown in. So worth a quick drive from Victoria. Don’t miss some great cider!“
“How can you not love this place? Immediately upon arriving - you pick up on the vibe: chill… relax… tranquil. Then add in the amazing hospitality (Hilary - you rock!), and great wines. Oh yeah - we had the prosciutto and melon pizza - best pizza we ever had!!! Yeah - easy 5 ⭐. We’ll be back.“
“Starling Lane is an adorable garden venue in Victoria and has the most enchanting, unique greenhouse ceremony option for intimate weddings. As a photographer, I've had the true joy of photographing multiple celebrations here over the course of the last 5 years. I also love their rose garden area, separate getting ready suites and the back lawn for larger ceremonies!

“I have found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a very good selection of both reds and whites as well as a few other products. I enjoy the time that I spend there whenever I go to bottle my wines.“

“Tried 3 different bottles of bubbly from this wonderful hidden gem of a winery and have been absolutely delighted. The bubbles are soft and refined and the wines balanced, crisp and reminiscent of great champagne. I’m going to make this my go-to for bubbly from now on.“
