“Love the coffee and the atmosphere. Customer service is unfortunately lacking at times. They messed up a Doordash order (ordered a traditional and they completely forgot the milk. Literally just a mostly-empty cup with a shot of espresso in it), and we've been unable to contact them about it, as they don't answer the phone and their voicemail is full.
