“Great location & cozy ambience! Our latte and cappuccino were good! My latte surprisingly came with only 1 shot and it was way milkier than I'd like it to be. The barista graciously agreed to fix it though .The pastry complimented the coffee very well. One thing that struck us as odd was that there were no coffee mugs or stainless steel utensils anywhere. The shop was running on to-go cups/ lids and plastic cutlery! Didn't expect that for a chic-looking coffee shop with unique decor and furniture to be ok with serving all their customers in paper cups. Kills the good vibes. Serve in ceramic yo!“

“We ordered mocha, matcha latte, almond croissant and cinnamon roll croissant. Everything was amazing especially the bakery. The almond croissant was the best I've ever had, very nutty, hint of marzipan and the crust was perfect! Besides, the cashier was really nice and friendly, very helpful and the store was super chic and well decorated.“

“Best coffee experience in North Capitol Hill by far! Very unassuming since it's tucked away in the Kaiser building on 15th Ave, but absolutely worth the visit. You can see how the staff takes their time making each shot perfect and I greatly respect that dedication.And if you get the chance, always try Jonathan's newest latte flavors! “The atmosphere is excellent. It’s cozy in the winter and has a little outdoor/backyard oasis in the summer. It has cozy seating, a large collection of vintage frog figurines and other critter decorations, gluten-free treats like brownies from Nuflours, and a wide variety of dairy-free/vegan milk options. All the staff are great and the drinks are delicious. It’s the kind of weird & wonderful hole-in-the-wall coffee shop that seems to be getting more rare by the day. They also sell tie dye frog t-shirts for the discerning connoisseur of fashion.Dietary restrictions: Many vegan dairy-free milk alternatives are available. Some gluten-free food items are available.“

“Try to find a place to sit down and work. This place is amazing - quiet, well-maintained, and wifi is decent. It’s quieter than Starbucks and their table is more appropriate for working as well. More importantly, their coffee is good and reasonably priced. They also have glass for cold coffee and mug for hot coffee. You can also self-serve water which is great. Just a great spot whether you wanna sit or get good coffee!“

“This is a place that reminds me of my college years. Probably because it was jammed with UW college students caffeinating before studying. The food menu is limited but what I had was good. The coffee and drinks menu was long and very tasty. I will return.“

What a great place to give back to those doing through a hard time. The staff is amazing and committed to helping so many young people get jobs, housing, ect. Love their mission! Check it out! Colombian natural pour over was very strawberry-forward with the white chocolate finish. Made on a Marco brewer.Chocolate croissant was a bit dry. But in the US there’s only a handful of places with really good pastries.“

“Ordered a Cardamom & Caramel Latte. I was a little skeptical about the sweetness. Upon asking, the barista informed me that it’s a pretty sweet drink. They adjusted the sweetness on request to be less than 50% and the Coffee turned out to be great. Subtle and smooth.“

The Espresso and Tea were very good, and the Pastry were delicious, The Chocolate croissant and the Apple tart in particular.The atmosphere was cozy and we were able to work for a few hours comfortably since it also has a good free Wifi service and enough electrical plugs to charge our laptops.The staff were all very nice and helped maling our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. They even suggested warming up the Pastry for us and served us the drinks and food directly to our table.“

“This place is like a coffee shop with a touch of class. The people drinking there were of high quality, the barista was top tier. I had an apple juice so I can't vouch for the quality of the coffee at this location but if it's anything like the Roosevelt location the coffee is a cut above the rest.“

“Really tasty coffee and very helpful staff. I buy all my beans from here and get consistently good espresso pulls. Coffee is well balanced, with perfect amount of acidity and sweetness. Even when I screw up the shot, the coffee is seldom bitter. My favorite is the Lion share espresso beans.“
