“Love the coffee and the atmosphere. Customer service is unfortunately lacking at times. They messed up a Doordash order (ordered a traditional and they completely forgot the milk. Literally just a mostly-empty cup with a shot of espresso in it), and we've been unable to contact them about it, as they don't answer the phone and their voicemail is full. We'll still buy from them, but this isn't a great look.“

“Came for the first time July 20th for my boyfriend’s birthday, it was amazing! Staff was super sweet, it was clean, def a spot for meetings or to get work done (people on their laptops). The coffee is delicious and they had some nice options. I got a ube latte & my man got a pandan cold foam Vietnamese coffee, both were excellent.“

“One of my favorite coffee shops! The latte is always delicious, and everyone here is so friendly. I used to study at the nearby library and would come here for a latte whenever I needed a break. Such a cozy place with lots of good memories for me. And here’s a little secret — they also have one of my favorite books, Spirited Away. That makes this place even more special to me. Highly recommend!“

Eh.. cups a cup.. today I stopped in Down Pour on my way to the job and I will forever be in search of a coffee like this back home. Best cup of coffee I’ve ever had.“

“Top Tier Coffee! Good Vibes! Elegant & Luxurious interior dining area. Has a very aesthetic feel to it. Definitely going back! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the downtown Seattle Area! Plus there is a very very good BBQ place right next door. I recommend the breakfast tacos!“

“I have spent the last year ordering coffee beans from all over the US always with the intention of coming back to Seven. I recently received my order and prepared myself a double shot of Espresso Huli blend. Simply said it’s like coming back to heaven after deciding to take a walk through the wilderness. “Got hooked by Umbria as it’s located so close to our hotel and every time we got on the bus whose stop’s right in front of the cafe, it always looked pretty busy.
Not a huge space but people seemed to love stopping by for quick coffee in the morning and just gathered in front of it.
They had some peculiar Italian-inspired menu, including the ones we tried. First was probably more familiar, Espresso Shakerato or their version of iced shaken espresso. Bold yet refreshing, needed for that wake-up call.
If you wanted something more unique and served sweet, opt for the Nocciola Freddo. Yep, that foamy shaken espresso with house hazelnut syrup. I loved how the foam being smooth and not overpowering!“

“This is a bit tucked away. In a buisness area not a lot of tourist traffic but nice walk from REI Flagship store. THE BEST Chai Tea I've ever had. This is not any BS out of a box Chai! Spicy, strong, creamy ypu can taste all the spices! Cardamom, Allspice, pepper and more. 10*“

“I’m definitely not a coffee expert, but this spot has recently been featured by multiple Seattle coffee guides as one of the city’s top coffee shops. ☕✨
The sign outside is pretty easy to miss, and I even happened to run into a Shiba Inu outside. 🐕😂
They roast their own beans, and you can choose the type of beans you like. I went with a Hot Latte + Oat Milk. 🥛☕
I rarely drink coffee, but I was honestly surprised by how much I liked it! It wasn’t overly sour or bitter, and there was none of that “ugh, coffee is too strong” feeling after drinking it.
You can really tell they put a lot of effort into their beans — smooth, balanced, and genuinely delicious. Definitely one of the coffee shops that surprised me the most in Seattle! ☕✨“

“This is a good Whole Foods location. I went to this Whole Foods location to use the Amazon return section, and return an item. The return process literally took less than one minute, and I was refunded the money that evening. I highly recommend this Whole Foods location, if you need to do an Amazon return.“
