“Love the coffee and the atmosphere. Customer service is unfortunately lacking at times. They messed up a Doordash order (ordered a traditional and they completely forgot the milk. Literally just a mostly-empty cup with a shot of espresso in it), and we've been unable to contact them about it, as they don't answer the phone and their voicemail is full. We'll still buy from them, but this isn't a great look.“

“The line took a while to go through I’ll admit, but once it’s your turn it’s a whole experience. The front desk is decked out in little trinkets to look at while you wait for your drink, and all attention is on you. Very personable barista!!
The atmosphere is cozy and warm (and it can get pretty warm inside for real). Try to bring your own cup, there’s a charge for to-go cups. Overall, loved my experience here.“

“I’ve heard so much hype about this place, I finally went to try the ube, matcha drink and I was underwhelmed. It was a good drink but I didn’t think it was anything exceptional or worth the high price. Staff is incredibly sweet and the service was fast.“

“Great place all around! Calm and relaxed atmosphere (good for laptop work, reading a book, or meeting up with friends), amazing location (their name is quite literal, there's a very nice river trail right next to them), staff are always kind, and I love that they roast their own beans. I pretty much always buy my coffee from them now. Only thing I'd say is that their metal chairs are a bit uncomfortable and the tables are small haha. But otherwise this has been my go-to cafe for months now.“

“Such a beautiful coffee shop with amazing vibes — fresh air, greenery, natural light, and the perfect place to study for a few hours. Coffee and pastries were delicious too.
Also shoutout to Tracy. I’d been studying there for a while and started feeling guilty when they were cleaning up, but she came over and reassured me I was totally fine to stay until closing. Small interaction, but it made the place feel really welcoming.“

“This is a good Whole Foods location. I went to this Whole Foods location to use the Amazon return section, and return an item. The return process literally took less than one minute, and I was refunded the money that evening. I highly recommend this Whole Foods location, if you need to do an Amazon return.“

“This is a bit tucked away. In a buisness area not a lot of tourist traffic but nice walk from REI Flagship store. THE BEST Chai Tea I've ever had. This is not any BS out of a box Chai! Spicy, strong, creamy ypu can taste all the spices! Cardamom, Allspice, pepper and more. 10*“

“Victrola was about 4 minutes away from our hotel. So we came upon it by happy accident. I ordered a London Fog tea and a slice of banana bread. The fog was delicious ESPECIALLY if you dunked the banana bread in it. The sliced banana bread was SUPER filling and moist and full of flavor.
I knocked the service down because of the cashier who appeared to be as friendly as a wet cat. The atmosphere was pleasant once you got past the cashier.“

“I was recommended by the baristas to buy this coffee blend a while ago. Its a great coffee with a smooth, creamy flavor and a nice balance of sweetness and complexity. Easy to drink and enjoyable from the first sip to the last. Definitely a coffee id buy again.“
