“was in the area for work and the bus made my arrival a lot faster than expected, so i decided to kill some time and check out this place. i was met with incredible service, a very cozy atmosphere, and the best matcha latte i've literally ever had. please consider visiting here, and if you do, i recommend the sweet matcha latte with lavender.“

“First of all I've been a patron of this business for at least 15 years in all that time there have been very few mistakes made in the preparation of the drinks. They have organic options and their coffee is organic! Super important to this nutritional therapy practitioner. Love the service, the little extras such as the chocolate coffee beans. The ability to load a card and get a free drink is always nice too. The business model is perfect. And they actually care about their customers.“

“I asked for a surprise fall drink, and I was made the apple pie chai with oat milk and it was like autumn in a cup! Drinking this chai was as though I was walking through a pumpkin patch with leaves falling all around me. Honestly the best chai I’ve ever had. “The gals are sweet and the drinks are always good. I dont know about other people but for me, I dont like burnt tasting espresso. These girls have not done that to me once, it always tastes fresh. The revvup is always just sweet enough too amd they flavor combos they recommend are wonderful 🔥 only thing I dont like about this place is the way the parking lot is designed but even then, I like that the girls only have 1 person pulling up to the window at a time :) super sweet, hardworking people and definitely on of my favorite coffee stands, (location not company)“

If your not sure what you want just as for a surprise blend,latte, lotus or what ever your in the mood for and I guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed. Roxy is amazing and has not gotten anything wrong with the surprises yet , very friendly ,beautiful and full of energy and knows how to carry on a conversation. Mama Bears drink prices are spot on and very competitive to Colorado prices. I absolutely recommend this coffee shop.

“This Gourmet Latte is the bee's knees; easily one of the company's top performers in the area! ♡ This location's coffees are consistently accurate and delicious. As a bonus, the baristas always seem to be friendly and accommodating, too. The long queues are there for good reason!“

“The coffee stand was excellent—the coffee was really good, and they followed my instructions perfectly. The staff was on point: attentive, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The service made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.“

“This place is great for breakfast. The food is of good quality and good for drinks. The service is amazing the people are kind and fun to talk to. The atmosphere is nice and cozy with the small hut signs/lights. The price is in the mid-high range. Also, the wait isn't too long as there are two sides to the place. It's also next to the handy mart so it's a convenient one stop shop of a area.

“Love this place! I moved to Bothell recently and was bummed to lose the coffee stand by my old apartment. They had the best matcha I'd ever had with excellent service and prices. So I was delighted when I tried out NW Espresso and their matcha was just as good! Staff are lovely and are already remembering my dog and my usual order. So happy to have found another great coffee spot close to home!“

The space was packed, food was running low, and orders were piling up, yet they remained unfailingly polite, smiling, and doing their absolute best to serve everyone. “What a great way to start the day! Ignore the prudes downvoting this spot. No one is forced to go here. The coffee is excellent and fairly priced: $5 for a really good latte or americano and $5 (plus tip) for the unparalleled views of gorgeous mountains and valleys. An unmatched way to get the blood flowing in the morning. Very kind and helpful baristas who know their coffee. I was served by a friendly Venezuelan this morning. A quintessential PNW experience!“

“We stopped by this Starbucks on a Saturday morning, and it wasn’t busy at all—which was a nice surprise! We’re visiting and staying at a nearby hotel, and I was craving something more than hotel coffee.

We used the drive-thru, and everything was smooth and easy. I ordered a London Fog latte and an Impossible breakfast sandwich, while my husband had the bacon Gouda sandwich. Everything tasted just as expected from Starbucks—consistent and satisfying.

Our brief interactions with the employees were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. A quick, convenient stop that hit the spot!“

“Im not a big coffee drinker! But occasionally ill head on to this location! I enjoy almost all of the staff and they are always on top of things. However there is one barista that cant stand me? Im not sure, every time i enter there is one specific barista, they are very hostile to me. I greeted them at the drive thru box and they aggressively said “thanks for your patience” im not sure if thats annoying to do, but i do apologize if it is, but it just made me feel uncomfortable, they called me friend at the drive thru window but i could tell i had upset them, and then they left the window open and complained to their co worker about me and i heard, their co worker was obviously uncomfortable and told them to calm down! They have a mask on almost all the time and a long ponytail. Once again i do LOVE this location but i might just start going inside so i can avoid said barista.“
