“Decor is standard ivar’s, so I gave it a default 5 stars. Food is as expected, nicely fried seafood. The Asian lady frying the food seems very on top of things and open to helping the cashier when she has a spare moment. She seems more invested than she should be, so that’s good, right? They also bring your order out to you. I’m used to them calling your name and you have to get your order at the counter. So services is above par for an Ivar’s.

“I hate to be that guy but we did show up very last minute at Wendy’s. We were literally the last customers of the night ordering at the window at 12:59. However staff was still very polite as always and even had a smile on their face when we left with our food at 1:03. This is always our go to Wendy’s and I promise it won’t happen again guys. Sorry for keeping you at work late and thank you for your service Belkisa and the rest of the team.“

“Whatever happened in good old-fashioned customer service? Making everyone utilize kiosks to order sucks. I know that you do it in the name of cost savings. However, it is just wrong in my book. And, remember the old adage... The customer is ALWAYS right.“

“This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The team members are kind, eager to help and seem genuinely happy to be working here. The owners are very professional and clearly invested in the community they serve. I definitely recommend this DQ if you're looking for a sweet treat, or a quick and tasty meal.“
