“Decor is standard ivar’s, so I gave it a default 5 stars. Food is as expected, nicely fried seafood. The Asian lady frying the food seems very on top of things and open to helping the cashier when she has a spare moment. She seems more invested than she should be, so that’s good, right? They also bring your order out to you. I’m used to them calling your name and you have to get your order at the counter. So services is above par for an Ivar’s.

“It was so clean inside, and comfortable, the cashier was the absolute best and she got my order 100% correct the first time, and it even matched when I got the food...! The food quality and speed of service was absolutely on point..! One of the best Wendy's that I've ever been to honestly.“

“Whatever happened in good old-fashioned customer service? Making everyone utilize kiosks to order sucks. I know that you do it in the name of cost savings. However, it is just wrong in my book. And, remember the old adage... The customer is ALWAYS right.“

“Standard DQ, nothing special about it. They get my orders right, and the drive through rarely has a long line. Staff have always been fine. I do think in general that DQ prices are higher than they should be. But, if you are craving ice cream, this is a reliable go to.“
