“L&L is one of my favorite places when I’m craving Hawaiian food! 🌺🍍
The BBQ ribs and BBQ chicken are always my go-to, and they never disappoint. 😋🔥 But their Loco Moco is out of this world! The flavors are amazing, and don’t get me started on the salad—OMG, I love it! ❤

“Brunch out on the Fourth of July before heading into the day. If we hadn’t been brought here by locals or word of mouth, we never would have found this hidden gem. One family, two shops: Kauai Family Restaurant and Cakes of Paradise (sells coffee and delicious desserts - smashed macaroon was a hit).
One Big Loco Moco and Kalua Pork were “shared” with the Loco Moco winning out; both the gravy and egg yoke meandering through the rice made it a “one more bite and then you can have it” dish. The best kind.
Chill atmosphere, backing tunes present but not overwhelming, friendly staff, and excellent food. What’s not to like?“

“Masubi Kai serves some seriously delicious food. The poke bowls are excellent—the Rainbow Bowl was incredibly fresh, and every ingredient worked perfectly together. The musubi selection is just as impressive, with all kinds of combinations featuring meats, Spam, egg, avocado, and more. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well made. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.“

“I'm totally hooked to this place to the point I come by almost once a week. The food is absolutely freaking delicious and not only the that the owner is sweet as the sauce glazing the spam Katsu Masubi! “I had an enjoyable time, dancing to the music while I ate for an hour. The server was so friendly and you could tell the food was made with love. The server was so nice that I wanted to tip her, but stoic in that she hit the no tip button while my finger was aiming for the 30%. I got the plain soup and a while sized meal. Came with mac salad, salad, kimchi, 3 sauces, a drink, and 2 scoops of rice. I ended up mixing some with the soup and it was an amazing meal. I'll have to come back to Seattle and tip her faster next time.“

“This place was awesome, truly, you can definitely tell the quality in the fish and the care they put into their food. The 2 people that worked were super nice, helpful, and welcoming. “Just a great South Seattle place, that I go to when I’m in the neighborhood where some of my family live. While waiting for take out (I especially love the coconut shrimp) I appreciate the delicious cooking smells and the decorations and remember our trips to Hawaii.“

“This is a Hawaiian restaurant in Uwajima-ya, King Street.
I ordered the combo of teriyaki chicken and kalua pig. The amount is very large; not only rice but also chicken and pork.
Teriyaki is much sweeter than Japanese, but tasty. I'd like more vegetable if possible.“

Just Poké on Mercer Island is my go-to for a healthy, satisfying meal. The ingredients are incredibly fresh — you can taste the quality in every bite. The tuna and salmon are consistently top-notch, the rice is perfectly seasoned, and they’re always generous with toppings.

“My favorite new restaurant I tried for lunch! Every morsel of fish was fresh and the bowl I had (spicy salmon) was delightfully colored with fresh veggies. Outside of the normal sandwich or burger it just feels healthy to eat. Service was friendly! We asked for a tour of our options and the service was excellent. We will be back!“

“I always go to other locations and it’s been awhile since I’ve been back to this one but Sofia attended me and it was the best! “Love this place and come here all the time. Only issue I’ve had is one of the bigger white lady working there has considerably less service than the rest. She only gave me half a portion of salmon and didn’t offer to make more 2 hours before close. I’ve had nothing but great service other than that.“

“The owners are truly kind, grateful people. The food is fresh- I had a Poke bowl with Salmon and avocado, and it was FULL of good flavor. My kids were crazy about the BBQ Chicken- awesome portions and fantastic sweet/smoky flavor! My wife tried the Yakisoba, and loved all the vegetables. Very solid value for the buck- this is a great place to check out. Glad we made the drive from Woodinville!“
