“Centro is the best restaurant in Burien delivering a creative seasonal menu and every review is delicious! The owners are extremely involved in the Burien Community and the staff is amazing! Right now my favorites are the fish taco, salmon cevice and paloma. But doraditos, cauliflower nachos, brusselsprouts, habanero enchiladas and avocado salsa are forever my favorites! oh and Churros! & hibiscus tea 🌺Try everything!💖🥰 & Emily is my favorite server (pictured)!“

The owners are amazing, the events (like trivia) are a ton of fun, and the wine is UNDENIABLY the best you can get outside France. I signed up for their wine club after one glass.
