“KINDRA is absolutely amazing! I feel like every time I come in and she’s there the atmosphere is so good. She is so optimistic and cheerful it’s a breath of fresh air to be in her presence even if just for a short bit of time getting coffee. The hand made drinks are always good at this location but of course star bucks could make their pre made food a little more better but that’s not the employees fault.“

“The drive-thru people are an amazing group. They help suggest a larger size or try a new flavor. Also, I do enjoy a cheese danish or a grilled cheese sandwich is super nummy.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking as well as regular parking. There is a new WECU cash machine.“

“The guy and gal barista team working 5pm to closing on this fine Monday are friendly, professional and efficient. I sat here with my laptop for over an hour and noticed that they were consistently great with every customer that came through. Coffee shop purchases often feel transactional so their excellence is like a breath of fresh air. I felt the need to give them kudos here so that corporate mgt would know.“

“In this location (not visited here before )the areas to order and where to wait for your order were not marked at all, other than that I have no complaints. We went there on the 4th of July and the staff didn't complain about having to work on the holiday even after I thanked them for working on a day so many others are not. Great variety of sale items, I got an awesome pink cup in addition to our drinks, only wish it was not hand wash only lol.“

“Y'all ~ I was a little weary, tbh ~ but the barista sounded amused I even chose the new Brown Sugar Oatmeal Milk Cold Brew drink and asked if I wanted to try any other flavors in it. I was amused in return he asked that of me and decided to add some vanilla to it! He placed an order for 1/2 brown sugar & 1/2 vanilla. Goodness, You Guys. It was Delicious!! Great job, Starbucks Oak Harbor ~ got my new favorite coffee now. ??“
