The way you survived iced-coffee confusion, a manager who didn’t want to debate sandwich engineering, and the emotional devastation of not getting a 24 oz hot cup—absolutely heroic. And the part where you proudly announced you withheld a tip from people working on Thanksgiving, away from their own families, because your bagel assembly didn’t meet your artistic vision? Beautiful.
