“Ok hear me out. I am giving this place 5 stars because 1. I don’t want to mess up their 5 star rating and 2. Because I want to give this place another shot but also share my feedback! We visited yesterday 2.23.35 their menu looks amazing & we went with the Bahn Mi pizza. We had spent a few hours checking at several food carts as for work I eat, rate & review food & restaurants! So we did snag our pizza to go! My fiancé and 3 year old had some fresh at home and I tried a piece the next morning (today.) So when the pizza was fresh my fiancé said maybe it was lacking some flavor and execution, good but was lacking. He said the sauce on the pizza could have been maybe a slightly spicy sauce and the veggies could have been more pickled (were a very mild pickle) and maybe some more cilantro on top. Basically overall he just said it was a great idea but could use a little more flavor & work. Well we tried a piece this afternoon and he mentioned that the flavors seemed to pop more the next day, basically that it was better the next day. I thought it was good though! But he DID mention somehow it seemed to be better the next day. We LOVE bahn mi & this place does have wonderful reviews so we would like to try again and see if maybe it was just a slight fluke! Would recommend to try for yourself & I think it’s a fair price for a speciality pizza!“

“I have had lunch twice at JB's and both times it was delicious. Not crowded and spacious. Our bartender/waiter was super nice and polite and we got our food in a timely manner. Clean! I would maybe like the music at lunch to be a little quieter but at night it would be fine as is. just my preference. Recommend!“
