They make everything as it is ordered and do not sacrifice taste and authenticity to take shortcuts in order to make it quickly.I feel like I should specify that they do not make spicy versions (as of my last visit) of Pad Thai, so if you're looking for the authentic spicy version of this you will find yourself disappointed.“

“I visited to Oak Tree station food cart the other day and Thai sunflower caught my eye. I got Pad Thai with chicken and fried banana. Pad Thai was very flavorful and tasted really really good and the fried banana was also very crunchy and sweet and the chocolate syrup on top was a bonus. “I had an amazing Thai chicken and vegetable dish at The Fork – Fairview Food Plaza, and it did not disappoint! The owners were incredibly friendly and took the time to listen to my preferences. The dish featured large-cut, fresh vegetables and perfectly sliced chicken, all coated in a rich, flavorful sauce. It had a bit of a spicy kick (they forgot to ask about my spice level), but it was still absolutely delicious. She got the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) with tofu. The tofu texture was great, the noodles were really good, and the sauce a little sweet. Great amount of bell peppers, onions (big slices that can be easily avoided if you are sharing with someone who doesn’t like onions), carrots, and bean sprouts. Huge portion served up in a to-go container—great since she couldn’t even eat half of it, hahaha. We recommend it! Will definitely come back. Thank you!“

“It was way past our usual lunch time. We were hungry. As we approached Troutdale I Googled restaurants nearby. Lots of chains and burger places. Siam Sushi promised something different. We went in. It’s a mom and pop restaurant. We had a delightful lunch. Edamame, Pad Thai with tofu, shrimp and vegetable tempura. All excellent.“
