“Located in the heart of Johnson Creek, lies this Thai restaurant that was pretty good! The food was a bit pricey given the portion, but it's a flavorful experience nonetheless. The atmosphere of the place was appropriate and dim. The servers were very patient with us and attentive to our needs.“
“Lots of food, quick service, tastes great. Not sure why there are negative reviews. Maybe because I enjoy spice and didn’t find the spice overbearing in the slightest. I got medium spice and next time I’ll ask for high spice. Food came out fast and hot! Would recommend again.“
“Literally PERFECT. One weekend I had it for dinner three days in a row and still wanted it again on the fourth day.Sometimes if we aren’t hungry we’ll just come in for drinks to go! So much wonderful flavor and so refreshing. Love everything about Norah!!Dietary restrictions: All vegan!!“
“This is the best Thai food in Portland. Short rib and payaya salad combo is literally the best/tastiest/best value deal in town. So many delicious daily specials alongside my standard Pad Thai order, it doesn't get better than Zaap. Service is amazing and the owner greets you each time you eat. Best customer service in town -Anurit and Paul are the best! This is my wife's favorite meal and place to eat!“
“Ignore the one star California trip review. This place is great. We've been gong here for years and the staff and food area the main reasons we return. We drive an hour across town to eat here well worth the drive. One of my all time favorites is the crispy basil combo paired with a Thai iced tea. Not hot enough ask for a spice tray. My mouth is watering thinking about it. Taking extended family here tonight and they are all excited to try one of our favorite places.“
“This was a second round when we loved it so much the day before. We made sure to come here before leaving the last day. I went to both locations this one and the other one. This location is smaller, cozy & intimate spot. They have 2 picnic benches outside for the nice weather..This place has amazing southern thai fried chicken, with roti & curry iand sticky rice combo nspired by southern thai cuisine. This spot is like a must try spot!! It's like you haven't been to Portland oregon if you haven't been here..There are lots of street parking available which is quite easy. You walk in and order & pay at counter. We walked in after lunch time on monday and there was no wait. Ihighly recommend getting one of their combos where you can try multiple things!.I got 2 hat yai combo ($20) to share between 4 people, each combo came with a fried chicken leg quarter, wing, sticky, rice, malaysian-style curry & roti (flat bread). it was all sooo good (+ a lot of food for a good price), I was in tears of joy as I'm eating this combo..* roti: hand made tortilla/crepe, its thin and crispy. dip it in the curry & I was wow! The curry sauce is like crack and you just can't stop eating it.* fried chicken : crispy. flavorful, juicy for fried chicken.and there are fried onion bits which is so good.* curry: spicy, sweet, is so good with the rice and chicken as a dip!.Overall if we come visit a place 2 times during the trip, it's that amazing. Hope this review helps and thanks for reading. Have a yelptastic day!“
“This place was on my list for a while and it was a surprise and delight! Atmosphere was bright and airy. While the menu is small with shareable bites (my favorite kind of eatery). we still went home with full stomachs. Drinks: Life of Luxury, Acid, Drugs, Thai Tea. Food: Chopped BBQ Fried Rice with Brisket and Sweet n’ Sour Fried Chicken. Dessert: Coconut Panna Cotta. While I unfortunately have a low tolerance for heat, I powered through the friend rice because it was SO GOOD. From my partner’s perspective, it had a nice “kick”. Really loved the flavors of everything we had!“
“My wife and I have been to this place twice since we found it about a month ago. We’ve been to Thailand, and haven’t found real Thai food like this in the United States until we ate here. We highly recommend any of the dishes with ground beef or ground pork.“
“Not your average Thai restaurant, as the menu mostly features noodle soups… but wow, probably some of the best Thai food I’ve had. Both the pork bone-broth and the vegetarian house broth were very flavorful, and we’re both packed with hearty servings of pork/dumplings/egg/greens (meat version) or tofu/greens/egg (vegetarian version). Service was quick and kind.Perfect meal for a cold rainy day!“
“There are about 5 similarly priced Thai restaurants with comparable menus within walking distance of each other around Division/Hawthorne. Modern Thai is consistently the fastest, easily the cheapest, has the best service (with the sweetest people working the front), and freshest food. My go-to casual dinner option in the neighborhood.“
“Best tofu I've found in Portland!! I love trying new things any time I go, and have yet to be disappointed!! Not only is the food great, but the service is unmatched! Definitely my favorite lunch spot :)Vegetarian options: Most dishs can be made vegetarian by selecting tofu for your protein“
“Randomly decided to stop here while walking my dog and am sooo glad I did! I chose the house curry, pot stickers and spring rolls, everything was delicious and flavorful. Plenty of food for two people. The customer service was exceptional, a true joy. Highly recommended.“
“Ken was our server, he did a great job. I started off with Thai Iced Tea. The Spicy Chicken Salad came next and it was delicious. Mussaman chicken curry hit the spot. BBQ Pork Fried Rice was excellent. It's a very light rice dish with thinly cut bbq pork. I didn't have room for the fried bananas. Next time!Recommended“
“OMG BESTIE BOO’S, THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD LIKE COME RIGHT NOW IVE BEEN TO THAI AVE A FEW TIMES NOW AND IM IN LOVE VERY SIGMA ?✨? a more proper review; I recommend this Thai restaurant it’s very nice and kid friendly, the fried rice, wonton soup, pad Thai, their curry’s, and Thai tea. I highly recommend this Thai restaurant if you are looking for good Thai food, costumer service, and my little sister who is food picky and she approves as well so I would consider this kid friendly overall 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Some of the best Thai food I've had in the US, have dropped by this place a couple times now and it's been sublime every time. The food is perfectly cooked and flavored, and the portions are great for the price. Will be coming back again and again.“
“Good vibes, great cocktails, and delicious food—what more can you ask for? The prices are also pretty reasonable, although you will need to order a few plates to get “full.” Unsurprisingly, it’s a popular place so expect to wait 30 mins to an hour if you don’t get here early. In any case, we will definitely be adding this to our list of frequent Portland nighttime spots for snack and drinks.“
“I had the Black Cod curry which was very delicious. My husband had the Guai Thai (don't remember the name), it was also delicious, a good mix of veggies and chicken. Then for appetizers, we had the wings which was phenomenal. Not a lot of breading and I had the tamarind sauce on the side, worked perfect! The little Thai sausages complement the whole dinner. It was an awesome dinner! We'll definitely come back.Only complaint, not a whole lot of parking. You park on the street which can be a hassle.“
“This place is my go-to late night. They're so friendly, remember who you are, and their food is so good and the perfect spice that my partner and I crave. So easy to call and order and pick up. Especially love the pad kee mao and egg rolls.“
“Cozy, unusual, quirky dining experience. We got there early at 5:40 pm and were the first to be sat and served when they open at 6. All food was fantastic, fresh, and flavorful. We tried every entree on the menu and each one was better then the next. We loved the fried rice, crispy tofu app, and spring rolls. Don’t go here if you’re looking for a quick dining experience, there’s only 1 cook in the kitchen!! Great evening.“
“Nice sized portions with really thought out flavor profiles. The rangoons are amazing and the Thai samosas are one of the best appetizers I've ever had. Khao Soi is one of my favorite Thai dishes and they do it right! They also have perfect spice levels for those who don't like spice and those who love it. When they say spicy they mean it! My new go to Thai place!“
“Got take out from Thai Seasons - the Khao Soi was outstanding as were the wings and crab Wonton. The Geang Fak Thong was OK, not a lot of flavor. Also the Tom Kha soup was a bit bland - not much coconut flavor. Could us a bit more rice for everything we got.“
“Made stop for lunch #2 today, and it was a repeat performance. Not only was it tasty, the portion was large for lunch, probably could have made two meals out of it. Service was great, attentive but not overbearing. We will have to try dinner sometime“
“This is a tasty little food cart on 82nd. It does take a little bit of a wait, but well worth it. And the tartar sauce is out of this world. If you're craving some yummy fish and chips, I'd say try them out for a friendly fun experience.“
“In a sea of Thai food, this is my white whale. I stumbled upon this place after having a deeply offensive experience at blutos. We were asked to go to the back of the line and wait again after already waiting 20 minutes, because they had too many tickets to put our ticket in as well. It was like being hit with a flash bang of gaslighting and snubbery. This inexplicable event happened on an evening when I was entertaining friends from out of town. This proverbial slap to the face came after a long day of hiking and little food. Now hangery and nearing the dreaded hour of nine in Portland, we used what little blood sugar we had left to high tail it to the nearest establishment. We walked into rudkiew at 8:45 feeling guilty, and hastily ordered our food. They whipped that work in ten minutes flat true to Thai form. It tasted like we were transported to Thailand and it brought pure elation to our wounded hearts, and that says everything you need to know. They also gave us free spring rolls to boot just to put the cherry on top. I’ve been going back ever since and it slaps everytime.“
“I have not tried the food, I picked up an order for delivery. The staff is friendly. The young lady who helped is super friendly and helpful. They have a super clean establishment. The men’s restroom was the cleanest restroom in Oregon. I mentioned the clean restroom and the young lady mentioned she cleaned it. Give her a big raise for keeping the place so clean.“
“I’ve had several dishes from both the SE Division in Portland and the South Lake Union location in Seattle. Both offer consistently great food.I highly recommend the Drunken Noodle. Wide rice noodle with baby corn, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and Thai basil in a garlic sauce. Delicious ?From my experience they tend to go spicier than I am accustomed to. Be forewarned.“
“I like spicey food, but not I hurt you spicey. When we ordered our food, the rating for spicey was mild, medium, or hot. I went with medium. Our waitress was like, you could do a medium +, ".... sounds like a dare Harry."... Ill do it. My chicken pad se ewe cane out great, pnut sauce flavorful, and the drink I has, the whiskey and ginger bits was fantastic. If you like Thai food, hit this place up!“
“A super fun and quirky little place with wonderful Thai food! We had Pho, Larb Salad, and Pad Thai, all three were amazing! Will definitely return when in the area!Parking: Parking is rough around this areaWheelchair accessibility: Would NOT be a good restaurant for wheelchairs“
“Casual little space. Excellent service. And even better that you can get Thai food and sushi! We ordered 3 different Bento Boxes and a Spider Roll. The Spider roll was incredible. So flavorful! Never had the option to have Pad See Ew in a bento box before! All of us loved it!“
“What a fantastic restaurant! The service, is second to none, such wonderful lovely people! The food is so delicious! What a blessing it was to discover this restaurant, during the experience of the power outage in my home during the winter storm. Not being able to cook at home, being cold without any heat, I was so happy to find that this restaurant was open. The food was delicious!! The people there are so kind, such warm, lovely people. They actually allowed me to stay at the restaurant for a while and stay warm because I didn't have power at home. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I ordered the Pho, Yakisoba noodle plate, & fried Squid - holy moly - the food was SO Good!!!! I can't wait to go back!!Parking: You have to try the fried Squid appetizer!!“
“Every time I am in town I make sure to get sushi at Siam Sushi in Troutdale. The Sashimi / Sushi combo is fresh and fabulous. The Fresh Rolls are bountiful and the peanut sauce is to die for. My husband swears by the Pad Thai. Try it, you'll like it!“
“Sizeable portion of chill, fun vibes of the customer service but the food was great too! So grateful for their V/GF options for basically every menu item. Not bad prices + they were open on a Sunday late afternoon when most of the other Asian carts there weren't. Pictured: Tofu La Mai “
“We decided to have Thai food at this restaurant today. I ordered 2 orders of Salad Rolls, Papaya salad with Crispy Chicken, Red Curry Seafood Combination, Pad Kee Mao, Pad Thai, Garlic and Broccoli Pork and Sticky Rice. All these dishes were awesome, they had so much flavor and tasted delicious. Each dish had its own unique tasting delicious flavor. Not where some places all the dishes look different, but tasted all the same. And I know that a lot of us have been to places like that before. The dishes they brought out were pretty big in size. I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant. This restaurant seems pretty popular, because when we were there, it was pretty packed with people. Only one server/waiter, so please be patient and try out the awesome tasting food.“
“I've been here a couple times, both takeout and dine in. I'm vegan, so all of the food I had was from the vegan menu. I really appreciate that it has a different section on the menu because it makes finding what I can have a lot easier, without having to customize any of it. Takeout: When I came for takeout, the waiter still offered me water and a table which was very nice. The wait was not long at all and all of the food was hot and delicious. I liked the decor and it kept me occupied during my pretty short wait Dine in: I loved the plating of the food, and there's some cool tables here. We sat at a normal booth but they have one right next to a big window and it looked cozy. They also have outdoor seating but it's still cold outside so I haven't experienced that yet. I got a thai green tea which I'd never had and was in love with it. Pricing: Main dishes were around 15-20, my sides were like ~10, the green tea was 6.50 I wouldn't say it's competitive, but I don't think the prices are offensive either. Please don't forget to tip“
“Great Thai food in Gresham that carried my family through the pandemic. I think my favorite is the lemongrass chicken, but picking a favorite is difficult because their menu is full of great stuff. Thai Carnation's Massaman curry is also excellent. Actually come to think of it, all their soups/curries are great. Nothing better on a cold winter's night than a bowl of strong, delicious curry.“
“It's nice to eat at a Thai food truck that lives up to its online reviews. Thai RodDee is an unprepossessing food truck in Damascus, Oregon that is decorated mainly by a large menu board. I ordered Pad Thai for my wife and Pineapple Curry spice level 2 for me. The food was ready quickly. I took it home since they don't have many tables at this location. When I began to eat, I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful flavor of my Pineapple Curry. The spice level was just right. My wife loved her Pad Thai and remarked that it was just like eating in Bangkok. We were both extremely pleased by the taste and texture of our dishes. I can recommend this place without reservation.Parking: Parking is limited in the lot facing the food trucks. You may have to park on the street.“
“White and Green has maintained its excellence as a restaurant, both pre-pandemic and throughout these challenging times. Their commitment to top-quality food remains unwavering, prompting us to make the 30-minute drive to dine there at least once a week. The service is consistently warm and welcoming, with the staff even remembering our names and orders. When it comes to Thai cuisine, we simply won't dine anywhere else!“
“House curry! Wow. Green curry... your not going to want to miss this.Authentic Thai food that will you can't miss. This is real Thai food like what you get in Thailand.Well done to the team, you deserve your 5 star reviews.Nice heaters under the tent for dine in.“
“Haven't tried this place before today. Its very flavorful but not overwhelming. The spice is on point. Served streaming hot and quickly. Large portions at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back in the future.I got curry fried rice with chicken and my dad got pineapple fried rice with beef.“
“This review is long overdue. Krua makes the best Thai food ever. Their recipes are authentic and so flavorful. I was vegetarian for a while and their tofu is still my favorite tofu ever. If you think tofu is boring, try it here. My favorite dish is the cashew paradise with tofu but today I tried the special and it was so CRUNCHY. I loved it.“
“My first time in 50 years, and let me say, GREAT!! I went with a group of fine folks who recommended this place. Don't be swayed by the location, it's TOP quality food. We were sat very quickly. The inside ambiance is very quaint. Almost like a family kitchen. Extensive menu choices, including VEGETARIAN options. My food was quite simply delicious! And most importantly, PLENTY of food. Stop by, relax, give them your business and enjoy.“
“This place has quickly became one of my favorites in Lloyd. Food is tasty with many options. Prices are very reasonable (maybe too reasonable for the amount you get). Staff is friendly and service is great. Highly recommend this place. My favorite dishes from them are the Curry Crispy Chicken and Drunk Noodles.“
“Delicious, but slow. First, this is an indoor "cart pod" facility and Coco Garden is over off the options. There is a performance venue, and lots of tables. It is like a mall food court, but in a good way. A Thai place inside Zed, they have an extensive set of gluten free options. I got pineapple curry and my husband got pineapple fried rice (see the theme?) I also got Thai ice tea. All tasty and worthwhile. I was sad that the ice tea was made with half and half, rather than coconut milk, but I also didn't ask if I could have a substitute. The only downside was how long the food took. Our party ordered from multiple locations. The others had finished their meal before ours was ready. So, give it a try, just need prepared to wait.“
“The staff was very nice. The I got the Spring roll, Dumplings, Fried rice with chicken pork beef and shrimp and, Sesame beef. I loved all the food it was so delicious. I went a few days ago and I am going again today before I go back to CaliforniaI had all of these food in 8 other spots and this was by FAR the best quality, Taste, BEST Service and, GREAT PRICED!!!.every time i come back here I'm making sure to stop there!!!!The shops where I live for everything I got would of been $20 more“
“Every time you come to eat here you will be greated and served by the owner Tony. Have been coming here for over 5 years and his smile has only gotten biggerYou will not find larger delicious portions for a more affordable price anywhere in the entire city or better customer service. From the bottom of my heart thank you for going above and beyond when you could choose to simply to the bare minimum like so many others.“
“In a city full of killer Thai food, E-side Thai is one of my go-to favorites that never disappoints. Fresh food made to order, tasty dishes, generous portions, and always a friendly smile from the sweet family working there. This is a gem worth checking out. You won't be disappointed.“
“Best Thai in Portland! Everything tastes so fresh and flavorful. The meat is tender. We end up at this spot weekly. Our go tos are yellow curry chicken, cashew chicken, pad see ew with beef, and Thai iced tea. To top it off, May the owner is the absolute sweetest.“
“Today is the 4th time I have been to CORE. Lucky for me, I ate at Sandy's Myanmar Cuisine today. It was SOOOO good! I tried the national dish, catfish soup with guava drink. Definitely stop by. Henry & the management team at CORE definitely have a great venue - and a great atmosphere! I will definitely be back!“
“Awesome family, friendly restaurant. There's a spacious feel to the restaurant and it is laid out so uniquely. There's fish tanks and a kid's play corner (so children can play while they wait for the food or after they are done eating). The service was friendly and the food was DELICIOUS! We got the orange chicken and the shrimp ramen and everything tasted amazing! Our little kid was super happy toddling around & we all had a great time! Definitely will be back!“
“Very welcoming staff, my favorite Thai food in the area. I usually get the Are Wrap and chicken satay for appetizer, khao moo dang, pad see ew, drunken noodles, fantastic tofu, 3 flavor fish. All absolutely delicious. My son has tried drunken noodles in every Thai restaurant he goes to and this place is his favorite.Vegetarian options: Fantastic tofu, broccoli tofu, various stir fried noodle dishes where you can sub in tofu or ask for meatless.Wheelchair accessibility: My dad gets in with his motorized scooter“
