“Came here with my mom for my birthday today. We actually thought this place closed down when we drove by and saw the wooden boards. It’s the Bugatti’s that’s closed not White Orchid! The restaurant is actually in the back not the front.

Over our many visits, we have tried a wide variety of dishes, and everything has been exceptional. For appetizers, the chicken satay paired with their peanut sauce and the crab rangoon with sweet orange sauce are absolute must-try starters. For mains, the chicken cashew, sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried rice, and pad thai are all fantastic, but the real stars of the menu are the yellow curry and the beef massaman curry—those two are our absolute personal favorites that we order almost every single time. To round out a meal, the fried bananas and Thai iced tea are divine.

“Mum Thai has some of the best Asian food I've had! The chicken katsu curry is delicious, the sides can make a meal of themselves, and the owners are on top of the game. I've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes(with a long line) and its always hot and fresh. This is a regular for my husband and I, you NEED to try it out!“

“they're food is awesome, soooo awesome. it's super close to the ohsu emergency room. you won't be surprised then when I say they are cooking mostly takeout. there is a small amount of seating inside and it may seem like service is a bit slow, but that is because of all the takeout. so don't go in thinking it's a quick stop, but it is worth every minute! the mango and sticky rice dessert tonight was the best ever and that's saying something! you won't regret stopping in! delicious!“

So I had weak tea and no ginger in my meal. They have fresh ginger next door at Fred Meyer ... I should have went and bought some while waiting for my order. Food was pretty but just okay. Then was charged $4 for the 2 little tiny cups of hot tea I drank.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Bai Mint Thai! The food and service is consistently amazing. They offer free delivery in the neighborhood. I order from them at least 2/3 times a month. The Tom kha soup, Pineapple fried rice, Panaang curry, pad Thai, Larb salad all SO GOOD! I think they chargrill the vegetables or something, every bite is perfect and full of flavor. “This place blew me away. We have amazing Thai food in pdx, and I happen to love northern Thai dishes ie khao soi. This has to be second only to lotus of Siam in Vegas, the queen of American Thai. I had a better experience here though just because I had no idea it eas going to be that good. Always busy but had no complaints on service, every dish delivered, loved ambience, can’t think of any complaints other than I have to drive 4 hours to go back. If you’re in bend and you like Thai food you it’s a no brainer, this place slaps and Deedee as every accolade and good review. Saw someone say cab find Thai like this in New York as if that’s not a compliment. Your in bend honey, look around you m. Not to hate but to nyc is a good Mecca, bends a a long jump off in the back of Oregon. It’s a smaller city out in the back of Oregon. If they have nyc level food that’s not an insult. Still disagree. N Thai food has influences from the neighboring countries and just hits a little different and this guy is a maestro. If you go, try it all, can’t really go wrong. Deserves 10 stars out of 5“
