“When we walked in there was a sign that stated they were in the process of switching vendors and could not accept cards at the time, so we did not get to eat. There was no one there to greet us either, in and out without seeing a single person as there were also no other customers. Had a homey, old time feel though, and would be interested in trying again. Maybe we went at the wrong time of day?“

“I recently started attending the Friday night 8 ball tournaments here and I am so happy I did as I've discovered another place that just isn't getting enough mentions in my opinion. The ladies bartending are always incredibly nice and eager to actually help you. The menu is straight bar food. Only it tastes better. Definitely coming back to here with my wife one night to relax and enjoy the games in the back and some pool. If you are nearby and undecided on tonight's dinner plan you should stop in here. “We went there for my twin daughters 12th birthday. I called 2 days in advance to make sure that they could accommodate a party of 10. The gal I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful, said it wouldn't be a problem. I then called on Weds to re-confirm. The gal I spoke with was ok. When we got there, we were told that they could only accommodate us outside. After sitting down and nearly 15 minutes later outside in 80+ degree weather and our tables directly in the sun, our server had not come out once to even offer us water. Even if we were still waiting on a few people to arrive, proper customer service would have been at to least check to see if drinks were wanted while we waited on the last few people. My boyfriend and I ended up going inside to the bar to grab a drink. Only then did the server acknowledge us and asked if we wanted drinks. She said she got distracted and asked nothing about the rest of our party outside, including my 74 y/o mother. Mind you they were not very busy, at all! Another 10 minutes goes by before I go inside to ask where our server was did she start heading outside. So we essentially waited 30 minutes for our party to get not even water. It appeared that our server may have been training another. I hope that they both get better training from a more experienced server because the customer service we received was only a 1 star, and that's being generous.“

“We went to this restaurant and ate lunch. We sat in Charlies' section, and he was a great waiter. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the atmosphere. When we were leaving, we spoke to the manager Milo, who is a great guy, to tell him that Charlie was an excellent waiter. We will definitely go back, and we will sit in Charlies section.“

Update: went through the drive through today (8/16/25) and ordered 3 things. They got all 3 things wrong.
My wife went through the drive through this morning, they got her order wrong. I went through the drive through the drive through this evening. They got my order wrong. Happened in the last couple trips as well. They have usually been good, I don't know what changed recently but someone there no longer cares.“

“Fantastic experience, three employees here tonight 1/17/26. We are a large group of eight, the employees were gracious & inviting even though the lobby was closed midway through our meal. The food was delicious. Thank you for an amazing experience after the sledding our family was starving.“

I find most of the good deals by using the app. I did use my app points to get a free burger late at night, but over 2 hours before McDonald's was supposed to close. When I arrived, they were closed. I spoke to an employee, and they said that my points would be refunded, that was over a month ago, and my points have not been refunded. While my experiences using the app generally are good, there are drawbacks.“
