Since then I’ve eaten food from all over the US, from dives to high end establishments and there are very few places I’ve been that I actually CRAVE to taste a particular dish again. Yes, it’s Americanized and yes it is small town, but it’s memorable. I’ve have NEVER been able to find anything like your almond chicken, it is unlike any other. I would pay many times the actual price to experience it once again. If I am ever back in God’s country, it will be one of the first places I go. How many restaurants have something on their menu that you can say that about? Thank you Eddy and family for creating such a substantial impact in my life, I will be forever grateful. Ignore the food snobs and keep doing what you’ve done for years, making memories for so many of us with your delicious meals.“
