“Sometimes a bad experience can turn into a great experience. I recently ordered online from Watershed FC and paid in full. Unfortunately, management forgot to update their website that they were closed that day. So, when I arrived to pick up my pizza, the doors were locked! I was frustrated. So, I wrote into the website and asked for a refund. By the time I got home (15 minutes), I received two emails and a phone call. They were deeply apologetic, and I could tell their reaction was genuine. They not only refunded me immediately, but they also gave me two free future pizzas, just to say they were sorry. The GM, Mike Mercer, is a class-act, and the employees are always accommodating and professional. It was nice to see people care about their customers! The food is great, too, btw. It's the best pizza around.“

“Of course, being from Chicago and Polish....had to try it. Walter (one of the owners) is truly concerned about his guests having a positive experience. Dan is a great bartender... very attentive and Mandy recommended their pickle soup and we were not disappointed. The sampler platter was very tasty and cooked to perfection. I got the "Glow Up" Coconut, Blue Raspberry, Blue Lotus Energy Drink with Coconut Milk! Tasted very good!!! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, lots of tables and chairs. “To David Nguyen, that left the poor rating today. I witnessed the exchange between you and the taproom manager this afternoon. I suspect you were very distracted with the kiddos as you arrived at the front door because the sign that show the tap room as 21 + is clearly visible as you come to the front door. See attached picture. The manager was flat out professional and courteous to you and the other employee was trying to be solution oriented with the suggestion to accommodate you situation by setting up seating outside the 21+ area. This is a great business and the service is ALWAYS excellent! You come back without the kiddos and I’ll be happy to buy you a round.“
