“I was in Redmond for work and made sure to stop here! We tried a crepe and I had the banana pudding matcha. The matcha was really nice and strong, while the banana pudding was delicious! I wish I had the chance to buy their matcha powder when I was there because it was great. It is a bit hard to get a seat while it is busy, but there is outdoor seating which we used. If I were back in Redmond, I would definitely come back!“

The ordering process was incredibly easy, communication was clear, and delivery was completely seamless—even though I wasn’t there in person. I feel most items are overpriced but the flavors and consistency override that feeling so I keep coming back.“

My husband and I decided to elope in Hawaii on short notice and Raining Cookies was able to take our order for some custom cookies with a custom color scheme and delivered above and beyond cookies that were out of this world. Great communication, down to the smallest details, and easy Covid-safe pick up. Not only were they absolutely gorgeous, they are DELICIOUS. “Customer service could be much better, and it’s not the most welcoming place to sit and enjoy your drink and pastry. I think it works better as a pickup spot. I’ve regularly bought cream puffs and a few other pastries there, which I do enjoy. But the smell coming from the supermarket next door really takes away from the vibe of what should feel like a French bakery experience.“
