I called them, they didn't even take care of it, they give me number to call the driver, something that they should take care of it, i call them again and it was like. And they never did bad business, I will never recommend anybody // i would like to say this. I had a bad experience for the driver. I deliver the food but this company being fair and they refund the money back to me and I really appreciate it for consideration.“

“With the whirlwind of Christmas week i totally forgot to grab a pizza somewhere in honor of my mom's tradition of pizza for Christmas Eve or Christmas dinner. my boyfriend had seen their ad a few times on Facebook and I found out they were open Christmas day. “The best pizza in Puyallup hands down. The “Say it ain’t so” pizza with added pepperoni is our favorite. It’s a combination of ingredients we’d never order normally. Like any place that is ran by people, sometimes it is just a transaction and not an experience; and that is okay! Everything is always good and fresh and looks great out the oven. If you catch them at a slow hour, they do go out of their way to be kind. I’ll keep coming back for another 10+ years.“

“They make good pizza and they have a large variety of options from crust types to toppings.

I order a large three topping pizza, my only complaint is that one of my three toppings - pepperoni - was light. I was disappointed to not have more toppings, but it might have been a fluke. We will definitely go back and give it another try.“

“Everything was ready by the time I arrived to pick it up. There are a good amount of toppings. The chicken Alfredo pizza could have used more garlic, but was good. I think there should be instructions for baking 2 pizza at once. Doing that, it didn't fully cook and that was after cooking an additional 7 minutes. The pizza was not crispy even after the additional time and switching the pizzas around. We had to put everyone's individual slices into the toaster over to finish. That's not the fault of Papa Murphy's, though. Overall very delicious,“

“I don’t expect to have plastic silverware when I come to a restaurant. To get metal silverware you have to ask the cashier and then they go and wash about 10 and bring it out. Seems like laziness on the part of the manager when proper dining utensils are not available. This has happened the last 3 times we have come in“

“I use to come here many many moons ago and it was always good then most of them all closed an I had for gotten about them. But rediscoverd Pizza Pizza after we moved back from Eastern WA. Hands down best pizza spot on the south end! It's a little more pricey then your big chain joints but worth it. This is now our go to pizza place. I can't speak to the atmosphere as I have yet to dine-in but it seems like a nice chill place. Pizza crust is soft, chewy, and crispy. No skimping on the toppings or cheese which we love and appreciate. Our bread sticks were a bit in the dark side for our last order but it was a highly busy game day buy I still can't complain it was good and the kids still ate them.
Side note to the ranch lovers.....the ranch is a YES lol if you know you know.“

“I accidentally forgot to complete my order online but the Sienna and the rest of the staff honored the 30% off coupon and helped me recreate my order. She was super helpful ringing me up. They had it all ready in less than 10 minutes. I wish there was a spot to sit but that's not on them. Awesome location!

Not only was he very friendly but he got everything right on the pizza and got us out in a timely manner. There was another gentleman with him as well, didn’t catch his name, he was wonderful too.“

Because we deliver them uncooked, and secondly, we always try to be a special customer, so we expect the prices to be somewhat lower. “Ate here the other day. Their pizzas are very good. A little pricey, but generally worth it. What I do not understand is their pricing. We ordered a Daily Double: any 2 pizzas for $28. But on the receipt it says $28.98. Huh? was there some fine print somewhere that I didn’t notice and was not brought to my attention by the host? The pint I ordered was listed as $8 on the menu, but I was charged $8.28. Same with the salad. What the menu showed as $8 was actually $8.28. Can anyone explain this to me? It was generally a good experience, you do have to place your order at the window and go pick it up like at a fast food joint. So the service was lacking. But doing it yourself saves on the tip. I just don’t understand the pricing.“

“I placed an online order for the wrong location (336th store in Federal Way, WA) and when I went into the Milton store, it was discovered that I indeed placed the order at the wrong store. The young man there helped me more than he needed to. The other store was very unhelpful when I called to get a refund for the pizza order. The gentleman at the Milton store not only contacted his area supervisor and reported the situation, but game a discount on the pizza I ordered at the other store. I am really glad that my house is a few miles away because this store in particular will always have my business!“
